A nice and very clean location with friendly staff. Found myself in the lucky situation and got an upgrade to the executive floor. A living room and two bath rooms included. ;) Transport from and to the airport was seamless and Rizka drove me safely.

This Surabaya hotel is part of a large commercial building that’s not quite a mall. Conveniently located slightly away from city center traffic, has clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast as well as a nice poolside bar. Fitness center is also well equipped and well maintained.

High quality, friendly hotel with nice facilities

Great experience at this hotel. Starting with the warm welcome and friendly smile of hotel driver, Rizka, who picked me up at Juanda Surabaya Airport. The room was extremely comfortable with great WiFi. The hotel pool and Gym were great to use for my workouts and the food was very good. The whole stay met my needs perfectly as a business traveller, and finished with another pleasant drive to the airport by Rizka, leaving me with the same genuine smile with which he greeted me. I highly recommend the Novotel Samator.

Great hotel, service was amazing, rooms were clean and modern, staff was very kind and accomodating. We rented a car and driver named Rahman from novotel who was very polite and made us feel safe and comfortable throughout our journey. Will definitely return. Thank you!

Everythings is amazing, from Guest Relation Officer, In Dining Room, Pool is clean, fitness center tool complete, Afternoon Tea, Breakfast menu, welcome drink, especially for Pak Juan, Bu Ramutya, Bu Aini, Bu Anggi for Happy Birthday Surprise.
