Staying at the hotel and would like to share that the experience has been excellent. The check-in process was smooth, the room is well-kept, and the team has been nice throughout my stay. i stay here cause this hotel just across street to dyandra convention center surabaya, i have an event there, when i check in at 01.30 am, staff front office helpful and fast service, i have room on 9 floor (on the top floor for room), with city view, i can sleep well and nice room with a small bathroom, by the way, i suggest the towel will replace with a new one, cause look old and not pure white again, breakfast have a fruit, vegetable salad, pastry, traditional menu like chicken soup, gudeg rice, pecel, sweet bubur, jamu (herbal drink), coffee, tea and juice if your body need massage, this hotel have a massage and spa open until 3 am
