I had a truly beautiful, restful time here. Loved the fact that they are so ecofriendly - seen in the use of the glass bottles for water. The entire hotel is highly secure with key card access for every inch of the hotel. I loved the consistent cleaning by the nice house keeping staff. Lovely view from Kileli Nyama restaurant. Breakfast was good, I enjoyed the fresh juices, dawa too at an extra cost though. I am glad I met Perpetual , quite pleasant lady. I also met Hellen, Dorina & Hannah - lovely ladies.

The menu was elaborate and excellent service. And the ladies and gentlemen that served us were very kind and happy. Food was served promptly and they kept asking if we are okay. If that is not excellent 👌. We have enjoyed Ibis. The ambience, the sky rooftop lounge.
