We had a beautiful surprise to see how gorgeous our room was!!🥰 The view was spectacular of the racetrack and gardens. The food and staff were excellent too!

Hidden Gem, and One of the Best Hotels Worldwide.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in worldwide. This hotel is such a hidden gem, meaning it is located away from any crowded area of Sydney. Everything was world-class from check-in to check-out. I thank Clara, Assistant Front Office Manager, for the very warm welcome and outstanding knowledge of Accor. In fact, everyone had excellent knowledge of Accor, including Lee and Kaomi who attended to me in the Restaurant. Bailey made the best coffee at breakfast time. A shout-out to Stefan (Maintenance) and Zane (Reception) for their immediate assistance in attending to my room. I have a soft spot for this hotel, as I reached Platinum status with Accor after staying here. Finally, the pool was fantastic. Very clean, well-cared for, with amazing views. Stefan (Maintenance) went around ensuring all was in order.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel — truly five-star service at its best! A special thank you to Deepak, Yuvika, and Ana for their outstanding hospitality and attention to detail throughout my stay. The breakfast staff in the restaurant were very impressive, always friendly and attentive. The rooms were immaculate, the pool area was stunning, and every amenity was top notch. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. I will very highly recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. Looking forward to my next visit!

The William Inglis is a luxurious hotel and you can see they've created it with this in mind. We stayed 2 nights in an executive king suite for our honeymoon as we weren't able to get away further for the moment. The room is gorgeous, it has its own living area and a large bedroom, massive bathroom and separate toilet. The decor is racing themed but understated, it has large windows with racecourse views. Honestly it was a joy. The bed was so comfy and there's even a day lounge in the bedroom. We ate at the Newman Room and the food was divine. Service was friendly if not a little slow sometimes and I'd wonder how they would do if it was very busy. Room service is fast and delicious. The pool area at night is also gorgeous. Cons: The flush button on the toilet kept getting stuck, I did tell reception when we left however they seemed unconcerned. There were events both nights and it was loud from the room, the bass and people talking (and drunken yelling). I mentioned that it was our honeymoon when booking and kinda thought we'd have some kind of special welcome but that didn't happen. The room service menu is expensive and limited, it would soon get repetitive if staying for longer. All day breakfast would also be nice. There's a $5 room service charge each time as well. Also noting on checkout I was charged for using a credit card and the surcharge was steep. But they are small cons as it really is a wonderful place and we'd stay again where finances allow.

Cheguei no fim da noite e já tinha tudo pronto, recebi upgrade por ser membro Gold no Le Club Accor para um quarto enorme com vista dos estábulos e da pista de corrida. O hotel de deixa a sensação de estar dentro de uma fazenda, moderna, porém você está dentro da metrópole. Estava de passagem, a caminho de Hunter Valley, por isso preferi ficar afastado do centro de Sydney para evitar o trânsito, pois já tinha conhecido a cidade. O quarto era enorme, ótima banheira, banheiro bem espaçoso, apesar não ser um hotel novo estava muito bem cuidado. O atendimento de toda a equipe foi excelente, todos muito gentis. O café da manhã deixa a desejar, poderia ter mais variedade sem elevar os custos, afinal é um hotel de classe superior. Academia pequena mas funcional, e excelente piscina no terraço, também pequena. Estacionamento gratuito dentro da propriedade.
