Ich habe mich im Mercure Luxembourg Off Kirchberg während meines gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt. Mein Privilege-Zimmer war wunderschön, sehr sauber und komfortabel. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Team an der Rezeption – ich habe mich jederzeit herzlich willkommen gefühlt. Auch die Lage ist hervorragend: Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Hotel und das Zentrum von Luxemburg ist mit den kostenlosen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar. Für mich war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt und ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch!

Zimmer schön eingerichtet aber relativ klein, gute Busanbindung, ansprechendes Frühstücksbuffet. Anreise mit dem PKW eher problematisch, es gibt zwar im Hotel eine Tiefgarage aber dort kann man nicht parken. Es wird darauf verwiesen, dass auf der Straße ausreichend Parkplätze verfügbar sind. Diese sind jedoch einerseits kostenpflichtig und andererseits mit Maximalparkzeiten von 3 bis 5 Stunden nicht wirklich geeignet.

ich habe über Trip.com 2 Zimmer für je 2 Personen gebucht... jedoch war bei ihnen nur 1 Zimmer eingebucht worden. Zum Glück hatte es noch ein Zimmer frei. Das Personal hat super reagiert und wir hatten als Familie trotzdem zwei Zimmer gleich nebeneinander. Herzlichen Dank dafür.

Das Frühstück war leider nicht von guter Qualität. Nachdem wir es einmal probiert haben, waren wir immer auswärts frühstücken. Die fehlende Tür an der Dusche und das Waschbecken „im Zimmer“ waren nicht so schön. Durch die offene Dusche wurde immer alles nass, auch der Teppich. Und ein getrenntes komplettes Badezimmer ist schon deutlich angenehmer.

Die Zimmerkarten haben nicht funktioniert. Systemausfall. Receptionist, gleichzeitig auch Barmann, trotz Stress sehr freundlich geblieben. Musste mit jedem Gast aufs Zimmer zum Türöffnen... Ansturm beim Frühstück, daher Chaos. Keine Teller. Leere Platten. Tische mußte man selbst abräumen, um Platz zu finden. Eine Servicekraft, viel zu wenig! Zu kurzer Frühstückszeitraum. Zimmerservice sehr gut.

Wir wurden freundlich im Hotel empfangen. Gut gelegen, Bushaltestelle gleich vor dem Hotel. Da wir an einem Wochenende da waren, konnten wir gratis parken. Zimmer sauber und schön eingerichtet. Für ein Familienzimmer war es aber ziemlich eng. Frühstück war auch wunderbar.
