What a beautiful experience! We are here for the 2nd time. Beautiful hotel right on the beach of the palm, fantastic view, friendly people. The food is excellent. The restaurant manager Mr. Amgad can make you feel happy for the whole day with just one smile one compliment. If I had a restaurant he would be the manager of my establishment! Deepak, one of the waiters who served us every day is so friendly and helpful. We appreciate a lot the service! I can recommend this place!

The hotel need some refesh, but over all expeeiance is very good. Breakfast has many options preparet by the chefs. Spa and masaj was very good too. The beach has water sports facilities. The NYE show was great! The staff is very kind and customer orientated. All the staff has a big thanks! Mr Deepack very friendly and serviable.
