Very bad experience, will never go back or recommended Starting from the check in when the Indian supervisor met us was so rude and we were late already it was midnight almost And the concierge who broke the end sign and open the door on us while we should check out by 12 midnight he insisted that no you should check out now and call the reception Just asked for luggage assistance till I came down they checked out my room already before I even reach the lobby which make the receptionist keep asking are you sure this is your room number? And again this Indian supervisor he came he has no idea about smiling or greeting anyone I asked to attach my membership to the booking they said we can't Even I was leaving and my friend should stay but after this situation we felt they are kicking us out already! The only person I really want to thank him the guy in the reception I forgot his name but he is from Kyrgyzstan I think he was so nice and professional

My hotel deluxe room ambience and seafront view are some of the best experiences I have enjoyed throughout my stay. The hotel staff were fantastically helpful and cordial, especially Patrick and Sujan. Thank you for all your unwavering assistance and support at the swimming pool and spa. You certainly made my stay worthwhile and I promise to come back next summer. Amir

Amazing well-being and relaxation hotel

This is the 3rd time we have come to the hotel. It is a lovely quiet hotel with private access to the beach. Rooms are cleaned daily and breakfast is a good range of food. Lots of activities to do if you wish and also salon and spa services too. Gym, jacuzzi and sauna are free to use. Free shuttle bus and mall bus to and from the hotel. We love the well-being aspect of the hotel. So relaxed and healthy. Pool is nice and cool and plenty of sunbeds. Lovely walk along the beach too. No shops nearby but the hotel is along the same road as atlantis and atlantis royal. Avoid travelling between 5 and 6 as these are the peak timings. Everyone at the hotel is friendly and so polite. We will always come to this hotel! Thank you for another year of relaxation whilst we are on holiday. Shout out to our room cleaners for room 435 and Patrick who has asked for the review.

Arrived 14-22 July 2024, we got the night flight from Manchester and arrived in Dubai 8am, we were told our room was facing the building site and if we wanted to upgrade then it would be £220, which we reluctantly paid, then we was told our room wasn't ready until 12 noon, not happening I said no, we have been away 26 hours and needed a shower and sleep so not a great start. I must say the staff are all very nice and work so hard, the food in the main restaurant was good, a lot of curries and not catered for the UK, never had chips/burgers/salmon, but what we had was yummy. We treated ourselves to a 90 mins massage which was £90 each and really nice. We did visit the main attractions in Dubai and had a great time, there is no entertainment at this hotel so very boring, there is nothing to do and not walking distance to anywhere. I would go back to Dubai but not this hotel.

Lovely resort where you meet all your needs. I hade breakfeast, dinner and afternoon tea. Outstanding quality and great taste of the food. Thank you for a vacation to remember, specialy to Anita and Nikita when serving the afternoon tea, had always a extra warm greeting when arriving. For sure to cone back at another ocacion!
