We stayed here for 4 days with family in 2 Executive rooms . The hotel is centrally located just close to the Sheikh Zayed highway. The Insurance market Metro station is very near having 5 minutes walking. The rooms were very small but were equipped with all modern facilities. The breakfast buffet was great.Overall it was a nice stay.

The hotel itself not bringing me high expectation,so my stay is pretty fine. Nothing special in hotel,the breakfast and the dinner buffet is super normal Room is fine

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was one of the worst I’ve had in Dubai. The first room was tiny with a loose TV and a broken phone, and even after being moved, the alternative room was dark and still disappointing. The food was uninspiring, and overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

When you first enter the hotel, the reception area looks modern and welcoming. However, due to the high traffic, it already feels overused and lacks the fresh, well-maintained atmosphere you’d expect. Upon arrival, I had to wait around 20 minutes at the reception before being served. Check-in was also slow — I arrived around 1:20 PM but didn’t receive my room until approximately 2:45 PM. Breakfast was honestly disappointing. The quality was poor, especially the bakery section, which offered very limited variety and substandard items. Fruits and vegetables were equally unimpressive. Only one person was handling the food station, and he seemed overwhelmed and not well-trained to manage or prepare the dishes properly. The layout and organization of the breakfast area were confusing and uncomfortable — there was no clear flow or logic, making the experience chaotic rather than relaxing. Staff in general were polite and tried their best, so I wouldn’t blame them — the issue is more about management and organization than attitude. As for the room, it was overall okay and equipped with the basics. However, I was surprised to find two drinking water bottles instead of sealed mineral water — which made me question whether they were filled from the tap.
