We have just returned from an absolutely magnificent stay at Raffles the palm,and we cannot speak highly enough of this exceptional property.From the moment we arrived,the level of service was simply outstanding,attentive,professional,and genuinely warm. We must give special recognition to the charming Jane,Juliet,Bbuvenesh,all from the housekeeping team,they looked after our rooms with such care and attention to detail.Jane's professionalism and friendly manner truly elevated our experience.It's staff members like these who transform a luxury hotel into something truly memorable. The facilities are world-class,with beautifully maintained grounds,pristine pools,and luxurious spa amenities.What impressed us most was the impeccable cleanliness throughout the entire hotel.Every corner gleamed,and our rooms were maintained to the highest possible standard. See you again in September!

The hotel was fantastic. All the staff were very courteous, always helpful, and very polite. We had a room with butler service. Our butler, Mr. Isuru, and the others in his team were great. We can highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing customer service and assistance by the Raffles team. A special shout out to the lovely Husna, Dulmurat, Paolo, Scalet, Momo, Phyno and all the staff at the Club Lounge for their continual support during our stay. We chose to extend our stay as we had a lovely time with the team and hotel facilities are exceptional. Thankyou, we will definitely be back.
