What an amazing hotel. We had two adjoining family rooms which were spacious and beautiful with large two sink bathroom and walk in closet. Rooms were stunning and constantly serviced. The half board package included breakfast and dinner in buffet (le jardin). Quality of food was incredible best ever had in a hotel buffet. We also used Japanese and Italian restaurants during our stay. The pool is lovely. We used gym and indoor pools also. The service was brilliant in all areas of the hotel, everything was incredible. My only slight gripe was the charge for water at dinner when freely available at breakfast, in the room, gym and pool areas. Seems a little unnecessary.

Nurse hanna is an amazing chef. Always ready to help and ensure our meals are the best just how we like it. He always checks back on us severally to make sure we get the best service and we are happy. Nurse Hanna is an asset to Raffles the palm. I’ll be visiting again and I’ll love to see him. My children absolutely adore him.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and elegant. The pool area, which is large and adjoins the beautiful white beach, is truly impressive. It is evident that this hotel is one of the finest in Dubai. During dinner at their buffet, we were served by Samah, who is a professional in every sense. His welcoming demeanor and exceptional product knowledge thank you samah. Thank you also to the reception lady in the restaurant.

Amazing place very beautiful from inside to outside and gas unique style. The service is also in a high highest level as the staff is very helpful and kind especially duty manager Alia was the best of them. Thank you Alia for making sure that my stay was perfect

Amazing Service at the Hydro Water Sports. I did the jet skis on holiday and the people were very polite and lovely. They were very welcoming and helped me on the jet ski. I would definitely recommend and think I will come back in the future. In particularIslam. I have done watersports abroad but this is the best service. The price,service were best in Dubai!
