We spent in Retreat Palm a week and it was really great vacation thanks to the most friendly personnel of the hotel. We came here with our 1 year-old daughter and all the stuff (especially from the main restaurant) welcomed us and entertained every day as the most special guests. Thank you to all team, you are great and you make our stay so warm😌

Very nice room and delicious food! The team is very friendly and smiled. Always happy to help. They played a lot with our 1-year child Location in palm Jumeirah is perfect, close to the Waterpark and has a great view. The beach is clean and the water is perfect

Great hotel in the depths of the Palm, amazing place all the staff were friendly and could not help you enough, the food was amazing every night. The pool is great and the private beach is only a few steps from the hotel, I have stay in a quite a few hotels in Dubai and would recommend this one as one of my favourites. Special thanks to the staff at the hotel to many to mention that made the experience even better with all the help they gave

This is my third time at the palm retreat as I cannot get enough of the hospitality, kindness and professionalism shown by everyone. The staff here at the retreat are a credit to their employers and I hope they get the recognition as they so truly deserve it, a special mention to our dear friend Amgad who always goes above and beyond for us each and every single time. Also, a special mention to Syed on the front desk for sorting out a small issue we had promptly, his customer service skills are outstanding. Will miss you guys and will see you next year in sha allah

We had an incredible time, the staff are so so kind and accommodating especially Amgad and Syed who went above and beyond for us. I cannot recommend this hotel enough it is truly beautiful. They really do go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable!
