Dobra lokalizacja (blisko Expo 2020), świetny pokój z genialnym widokiem. Czysto, dobry stan hotelu, niewymagający remontu. Smaczne śniadania, choć mogłyby być lepsze. Dość duży ruch w dość dużym hotelu, przez co obsługa mało zindywidualizowana. Z minusów: w łazience bardzo wolno odpływająca woda z prysznica, w efekcie kumulująca się i rozlewająca po łazience. W hotelu bardzo dużo Rosjan, którym brak kultury osobistej.

1) there's no service at all at the coffeeshop for breakfast. I waited for more than 10 minutes to be attended and get a table. Nothing was on the table including cutlery. Table was not cleaned well. I have to do everything by myself, bringing coffee, cutlery, tissues, etc. 2) laundry was not delivered on time. I should have to call them to deliver and waited for a long time. Laundry request form was not refilled after it is used. 3) I have to extend the stay by one day and requested an extension but the checking counter staff said the rooms are fully booked. I met the duty manager to hear I have to leave the hotel. After my repeated request he agreed to extend my stay one more night with hotel's regular rate, which is almost two times more expensive than the corporate rate my company has with the hotel. I have to agree and pay extra. The duty nanager' attitude to me was so arrogant which I've never experienced in the last 43 years of my trip.

At the first nights, they didn't have a kingsize bed and balcony (although we paid extra for it!). We had to switch rooms 3 times!!! Then the housekeeping was terrible. There was dust and hairs everywhere. We said it time after time that they should clean properly. They didn't do it! The phone wasnt working correctly, the refrigerator smelled bad, the floor had spots and stains and there were not enough towels and soap! If we asked the reception, they would bring towels or soap in 30 minutes to our room. That is too long! The housekeeping should properly clean and vacuum and fill soap and put enough towels! Overall a very bad experience, the name is great but never again. Don't book here

Stayed for 6 nights Pros: 1. Metro is in front of the hotel. 2. Room is spacious and nice view Cons: 1. Breakfast was limited if you're non-vegetarian. This is disappointing, I decided to book this hotel because many reviews said breakfast was great. 2. Guest services and housekeeping need to improve. It was so hard to get something you requested. - There was no slippers in my room. I had to request it and they didn't provide after 2-3 hours until I called them again. They came a few hours later after my 2nd call. That was 4-6 hours to get my slippers!!! - Same experience when I requested a bottle of water. Took half day and 2 calls to get it. - Housekeeping didn't provide amenities e.g. cutton buds, shower cap during my stay. It was only my first day I got those amenities. 3. Wifi was very poor. I tested with speedtest.net, the speed was around 1-2 mbps during my entire stay. 4. Check in and check out process were terrible. The queue was so long. They had a priority counter but no one was there. This was not my expectation as an Accor Platinum member. 5. The most frustrating and disappointing thing is my Accor reward points haven't been posted to my account until now. Never have any issue with my reward points staying at other Accor hotels EXCEPT this one. I've emailed the hotel regarding my missing points, no one replies at all. It is obviously this hotel is reluctant to provide services and benefits to Accor members. 6. Same for my deposit, haven't received the refund although I have emailed them along with my missing points issues. All in all, this is the most disappointing experience from Accors hotel. I will never come back.

As always, everything is perfect and everyone is helping, the front desk team especially Mr.Mostafa and all the staff of the front desk making sure that everything is in order to make my stay comfortable,Mr. Okon and all the concierge team always make sure that anything needed to be sorted out Once again, all the staff and each member in the hotel is making sure to make the stay feel at home I am looking forward for my next visit Thanks for everyone in the hotel for making my stays always comfortable
