We stayed at the Rixos from 19-28 December with 2 children age 8 and 5. We had a fabulous stay. We had a standard room which was a fab size for 4 of us. Soda bed was a bit uncomfortable as we had to bed swap but main bed was comfortable. Really clean, lots of towels, good air conn and robes and slippers. Great customer service throughout in the buffets and by the pool. Went down 9ish for sun loungers and never a problem. Pool a good temp for this time of year and right on the beach. We ate at all à la cartes. Good was lovely in all, especially loved the Italian, service here was amazing. Our least favourite was the steak restaurant. Whilst the food was nice the service wasn’t the same at Italian, slightly slow and left plates on the table for a while and weren’t as attentive with drinks Buffet food was nice albeit a little repetitive. Fresh bbq meat some evenings. We found smaller buffet less busy for breakfast so liked going here. My husband is a foodie and knows hospitality and was impressed. People get and compare to tie Atlantis but you can’t. It’s not as hectic and such good value for money! Guest relations were always super helpful always checking in to see if all was ok and we had any issues and really helpful via WhatsApp for any issues/lost property. Drinks were great, all premium brands, not watered down and great cocktails. Always got crisps and nuts with drinks. Kids loved the kids club, asked to go. Clay making, Lego, Christmas activities, even evening shows and a disco if you want it. Could always get a table in the bar/restaurant. Evenings quite quiet and evening singers good but a bit repetitive. I imagine many guests go out at night which we did occasionally too. We would definitely go back for sure. Thanks for having us. Perfect way to spend Xmas!

A good "all inclusive" experience that is to be recommended for families. Early morning arrival was met with the offer of breakfast as the room wasnt ready yet. Well organised and, as we found throughout our stay, service was really good. Our two bed suite was wonderful - huge and modern (altho the bathroom ceiling and grouting are showing their age). Pool areas are of two halves - we found the main building and pool area way too busy for us but the other, smaller pool and adjoining beach was much to our liking. Not enitrely sure why people feel the need to dart out early to reserve sun beds but certainly on the beach there was never a problem - indeed plenty of choice. Food was a strong point. Again, the Turquoise restaurant adjacent to the smaller pool seemed much quieter but we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast and evening buffet offering and also ate in all three a al carte options. Shout out to Rupa (in L'Olivo) for her amusing but very personable style of service, and to Karina/ Carina on Guest Services for arranging a birthday treat for our son on Christmas Day, which transpired to be her birthday too. All in all, Rixos on the Palm is a sound offering. Mindful that the main pool area was busy and not to our liking, we still found the hotel big enough to cater for all tastes and would like to thank the team for a great family holiday.

We booked Toro loco for our first night and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious and the staff could not do enough. We had a brilliant experience.

Spent 5 nights away over the Xmas period the team are truly service driven and should be congratulated on there skills We went to 3 of the al a carte restaurants while there The most beautiful being the Italian - the greatest service the steak restaurant and the most dynamic views being the fish restaurants Buffet breakfasts was plenty and dinner options great choice The only disappointment are the adults of families that think that as they are on holiday they can let there children run wild and not respect the team nor the location of this beautiful hotel Well done team Rixos -shame on the families that don’t respect where they are
