Could not have wished for a more delightful stay, from being able to check in on early arrival right through to our departure we have been looked after with exceptional service. Every member of staff have been amazing and every request was catered for with such a polite and professional manner. All the amenities where top quality and the beach & pool side service was also second to none, offering great service and food during the day. We will definitely be back for another visit.

The hotel was beautiful, extremely opulent, our room was out of this world, service was great - food was great, if I was to look for improvement it would be to have a better food & drink service in the evenings in the Club Lounge. A big shout out to Jane who serviced our room to a high standard, nothing was too much trouble, thank you Jane.

We returned back after a week at the raffles the palm, firstly the property itself externally and internally is wonderful. As you enter you’re greeted by a beautiful chandelier and a pianist playing. The rooms are furnished to a royal standard. The cleaning staff are very friendly and do a fantastic job, as are the check in staff. However I must say that we did find some parts of the hotel disappointing. Firstly we had a premier ocean view room, from staying in other 5* properties on the palm we were excited to see what amenities the room would offer in terms of the shower gel etc, to our disappointment it was nothing special but upon googling £5 stuff that didn’t smell like anything at all this was really disappointing not to have products that are more luxury. The swimming pool.. if you are like us and are couples who don’t have kids or don’t like kids then the pool is not the place for you ! All times of the day past 9:30am it gets very busy and very loud with children and there is no adults only pool. The only good thing about the pool is that the pool staff are very quick with your order. Unlike the beach where we waited 45 mins after pressing the service bell!! Our bathroom flooded twice, after they said it was fixed the first time which is unsanitary, I did not get any compensation for this which is disappointing. The second time it flooded unfortunatley was my partners birthday evening which made us late for a dinner reservation at Nobu. Overall the grounds, the room (apart from the bathroom flooding), the staff are great. It just lacks what I would call relaxing when there’s so many screaming kids and your bathroom flooding twice.

The most amazing hotel truly 5 star set on the palm in a truly idyllic location. As with any great hotel it needs great staff behind it and Raffles has that quality in abundance absolutely everything and everyone was top of the tree. Special praise to Daniel on concierge and Isuru our Butler.

All top show .Very poor club lounge. Very expensive drinks. Club lounge is very underwhelming . happy hour has very little drinks choice. Service is so slow. Beach is good. We have stayed in much better hotels in Dubai. Main restaurant was like a scrum. Absolutely bedlam. Would not return
