Fist time I came raffles and I had tea it was really very nice. Brad was my server he was copper cool and very attentive. Bluethner hall is good place for relaxing and nice cup of tea. This place is highly recommended and I will come back very soon thanks bean for everything❤️

This place was just amazing. Kuresh was our room service professional He was amazing, and helped us out a lot. Thank you Huresh. The food at all the in-house restaurants were great. All staff were very helpful in every way. The pool and Spa were great. This weekend indoor pool and sauna were also amazing. We will return again.

The best service involved the staff. Friendly and ready to help. From the front, I met a couple of energetic team that made every day leaving and coming back fun. James, Muthui, Ezekiel thank you so much for helping us when we needed and we sometimes never asked, you did it. Oooh I can not forget housekeeping, was done both morning and evening. I had wet clothes that needed hanging and the house keeper brought a cloth line that I didn’t even ask for. Thanks Kuresh and Abdul. That was sweet of you! A big shout to also Peter and Qamat always smiling and saying hi. These little things matter to me.

Our first time and we loved it! Spacious rooms, good food and very attentive staff that really makes a difference. The pool and beach-service was great! Buffet meals are varied and tasty - and, we had the best Housekeeping we've ever seen, Anamika and Jane (floor chief) thank you for looking after us! Overall we had a beautiful stay with amazing staff and service.
