Stayed here for 2 weeks, had breakfast everyday with my family at 365 Restaurant. The spread is very good, service impeccable. Harshi and her team are very helpful and provide prompt service. They were especially patient, friendly and entertaining with my 7 year old and my toddler. The quality of food was superb. Variety excellent, everyday there was something new. All in all it’s a five star rating from me and my family. It’s my second time staying here, and certainly not the last.

We stayed at Novotel Al Barsha Dubai during the last week of December 2025 as a family of four, including our senior citizen parents, and had a truly memorable experience with check-out on 2nd Jan 2026 Given the New Year 2026 celebrations, the reception area was understandably very busy with post–New Year check-ins. Despite this, Aisha at the reception was extremely cordial, patient, and supportive. She ensured a smooth check-in, accommodated our room requests, and thoughtfully arranged a wheelchair for our parents who have mobility challenges. Shafi and his young colleague were quick to assist with the wheelchair, luggage, and escorting our parents comfortably to the room and restaurant. Their promptness and kindness made a big difference for us as a family. We had breakfast as well as lunch/dinner at the 365 Restaurant, where the staff was consistently polite and attentive. Harriet Paulite stood out with her cheerful personality and warm smile—she greeted every member of our family so pleasantly and guided us through the Indian vegetarian section. She even helped customize food as per my father’s dietary requirements, which we truly appreciated. Harshi at the reception was equally wonderful—she made us feel genuinely welcome and even helped us capture some beautiful family photographs, which are now cherished memories. A special mention to Sumesh, the F&B Manager, for managing the large New Year crowd so efficiently while ensuring guests were well taken care of. The entire team at 365 Restaurant—Day, Biak, May Thu, David, and many others—were fantastic and consistently attentive. What stood out the most was the authenticity and dedication of the entire staff. Even on New Year 2026, they worked tirelessly with smiles, making sure guests felt special and cared for. Kudos to the whole team for their hard work and positive energy. Housekeeping staff was also good and reported when any help required Our parents’ room had a beautiful view, and overall, we absolutely loved our stay. Thank you, Novotel Al Barsha Dubai, for making our family vacation so comfortable and memorable. We would happily recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again

Good location. Near the metro train. Shake shack and 24/7 supermarket within walking distance. Complete amenities even weighing scale. Only downside is room suddenly feels warm at 3am every night of our 4 hour stay and breakfast spread doesnt change.

We been here from 3days only hotel is nice and food at the 365 need more varsities.brakfast it's too croud but great tast good.Harshi is and girls are helpful and care about customer.pool bar we visited nice view but girl is too much talking it too disturbing.we will visit again.
