The Hotel was amazing and very beautiful. Emad and Mahmoud did a great job! The location was very nice and the rooms were very good. I can recommend the hotel to everyone who is staying in Dubai. It has many good and beautiful restaurants. I enjoy it.

Food is absolutely 5/5 at Flow Kitchen, Boldly Asian, Little Miss Indian and Seaview. Frevo was a 3/10 - expensive and poor service. Overall service at the hotel was fantastic. It was a task to be up super early to secure sun loungers. Anything past 9:30am you’d be lucky to get any sun loungers. Bask - the beach area was beautiful, the bar was a great place to go for drinks and cocktails. Shame Happy Hour wasn’t on here as well as the Blowfish. Drinks were expensive so happy hour was welcomed! We were going to upgrade to the Gold Lounge but decided after 2 days that we didn’t see the value in the additional spend. Breakfast got busy after 9:30am but we were up early anyway for the sun loungers. The grand heritage family room was absolutely brilliant. More than just interconnecting rooms as you walk through the main door from the lobby and into a little hallway with two doors to two rooms. Super spacious and clean. The bathrooms were a little dated and the balcony lights didn’t work on either room. They were reported but not fixed. Housekeeping were really great, meticulously cleaned every day. We thought the city view room was going to be noisey from reading other reviews. Once the balcony doors are closed you can’t really hear much. My teenage boys loved having a view of the road as they were car spotting all holiday! The location of this hotel on west palm beach was fabulous. You are on the strip for a walk, drinks, beach clubs and restaurants - lots of choice. Busy at the weekends but it didn’t impact our stay. A 10 minute walk to the Nakeel Mall is super convenient too. A short taxi ride to the marina and to mall of the emirates. After many stays at the Atlantis we decided to give the Fairmont a try because of their reviews, room and location. We weren’t disappointed and would 100% return.
