We truly regret that the lack of clear communication regarding our wellness and dry-hotel concept was not adequately conveyed during your booking journey. While this is central to our brand philosophy, we fully understand your expectation to be clearly informed in advance, and your feedback highlights an important area where we must improve our transparency. We are also very sorry to learn about your experience with the food quality and dinner service. Your comments regarding the inattentiveness of service and the discomfort felt by some of your party, particularly female guests, are of great concern to us. Regarding the wedding event and the disruption caused to your pool bar experience, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this caused.
