Das Hotel hat sich sehr viel Mühe in der Krisensituation gegeben. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter hat immer gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist oder man Hilfe braucht. Das Hotel hat durchgängig einen Kontakt zu Emirates aufgebaut und aufrecht erhalten. Der Hoteldirektor hat mir jedem besorgten Gast ein persönliches Gespräch geführt und versucht das Beste aus der Situation zu machen. Bei Ankunft haben wir ein kostenloses Upgrade auf Palm View bekommen. Das Essen war Super.
