Keine Kommunikation, dass es sich um ein alkoholfreies (Dry) Hotel handelt. Weder während des Buchungsvorgangs noch auf der Hotelwebsite wird klar darauf hingewiesen, dass kein Alkohol ausgeschenkt wird. Damit habe ich in einem muslimischen Land grundsätzlich kein Problem, erwarte aber eine entsprechende Information im Voraus. Das Essen ist uninspiriert und, insbesondere im Abendservice, sind die Kellner lustlos und manche ignorieren weibliche Gäste (mangelnder Augenkontakt und keine direkte Ansprache). Insgesamt ist es ein nettes Hotel, blieb aber deutlich unter unseren Erwartungen.Wir würden beim nächsten Mal ein anderes Hotel wählen. Eine Hochzeitsfeier hat ab 16 Uhr zu erheblichen Einschränkungen geführt, da sie den gesamten Poolbar-Bereich in Anspruch nahm. Es gab keine Alternative sich gemütlich hinzusetzen, so dass nur der Rückzug ins Zimmer möglich war. Abgesehen von dem Lärm finde ich die Einschränkung für ein 5-Sterne Hotel eine Frechheit. Der Loungezugang ist komplett nutzlos: Jedes Mal, wenn wir ihn nutzen wollten, gab es keinerlei Snacks – lediglich ein paar Softdrinks.

Regarding the wedding event and the disruption caused to your pool bar experience, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this caused. We understand how important shared spaces are to relaxation, and we regret that no suitable alternative seating was available at that time. Your concerns about noise and restricted access have been noted and will be reviewed carefully in our future event planning to better balance in-house guest comfort. We are equally sorry to hear that the lounge experience did not meet expectations, particularly with regard to the lack of snacks and overall value. Es war alles perfekt. Vom Pool, Strandlage, Fitnesstudio, Sauna, Dampfbad, Essen. Service. Besser geht es kaum. Vor allem Deepak im Restaurant Service war spitze und ist ein super Mitarbeiter, er sollte eine Beförderung bekommen.

Top Hotel in herrlicher Lage mit privatem Strand. Die Angestellten sind allesamt freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann verschiedene Wassersportarten machen (Bootstour, JetSki, alles gegen Aufpreis). Wir haben eine Tour mit dem Boot gemacht - super, die Palme und die Stadt mal vom Wasser aus zu sehen! Es gibt allerdings auch einen dicken Minuspunkt: Das ist die Küche (wir hatten Halbpension). Wer Paella oder Irish Stew essen möchte, ist hier richtig. Regionale Küche wird hier leider nicht angeboten. Und man muss davon ausgehen, dass keiner der (vermutlich zumeist indischen) Köche jemals echte Paella gegessen hat oder jemals Irish Stew (ist ehrlich gesagt auch nicht ihr Job, denke ich). Auch das Frühstücksbuffet habe ich in vergleichbaren Hotels deutlich frischer und besser erlebt. Brot ist regelmäßig aus, der Käse ist zum Ende der Frühstückszeit hart und trocken, das Müsli halb leer.
