晚上10点到达,办理入住竟然排了很长的队,都排到了门外,冷风吹,人工办理效率低。给到的房间里有个电表箱,噪音很大,影响休息,因为第二天很早的飞机,就不想折腾换房了,但体验感很不好。最离谱的是退房后莫名其妙扣费,邮件都不说明原因,还要客人自己去问到底是什么扣费了。明明没有消费红酒,却说我们消费了,不知道是什么居心。到现在回国都已经一周了,押金还没有退回,不知道是什么意思,没有住过这么差体验感的酒店,很不满意

First and foremost, I sincerely apologize for the lengthy wait during check-in. It is truly disheartening to hear about your overall experience with us, as this is certainly not the welcome experience we strive to provide for our guests. The service standards you encountered are very disappointing to read about, and I can only sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused. I have also reviewed your billing concerns regarding the wine charges. I can confirm that the refund was processed on 7th May. If the refund is not visible in your account, please allow 5–7 working days for it to reflect on your end, depending on your banking provider. A copy of the refund invoice will be emailed to you separately. Please accept our sincere apologies for the confusion and concern caused by these charges. I regret that you were left questioning them without clear communication or explanation, as this is not the experience, we want any guest to have. Please rest assured that our Senior management has personally taken your feedback on board and will use this constructive feedback to continuously train the team and improve our service standards. It is always from feedback like yours that we are able to improve our service delivery. Thank you once again for sharing your experience with us.
