It is really disappointing to hear that your upgraded experience was not up to your expectations, please allow us to express our sincerest apologies. I could confirm that your Breakfast should have been included for you and your children. We are sorry to hear that you were charged due to this mistake. It is apparent in this case that we fell short. Please rest assured that our Restaurant Manager has addressed this issue with the staff involved. While we wish you had a better upgraded experience, it is feedback like yours that we learn from and use to improve. I understand we could not undo what had happened. However, we really want to make it right for you. We will organise a Breakfast refund to your credit card used upon check out (Visa xxxx1403). Once the refund has been completed, a copy of the refund receipt will be emailed to you. Please let me know if you would like to accept this offer. Thank you once again for bringing this to our attention. It is always from feedback like yours that we are able to continuously improve our quality and services.
