非常不满意!!!7号入住!酒店多扣了我们2笔房费!check in的时候还说已经发起了!!!退房的时候还多扣了一笔109.3刀新西兰元预授权!!!打了好几次电话,9月15日2笔房费才退回信用卡(受到汇率的影响还损失了6,7美元的汇率差)!!!截止发评论的时候,预授权的109.3刀的新西兰元还没解冻!!!很糟糕的体验!!!整个旅行过程都在为多扣的2笔费用进行沟通!!!

我們是從Novotel被轉移過去Pullman,未轉移前有再三確認過是否條件與Novotel一樣,包含雙床、三人早餐(2成人1兒童),得到確認的答案後才同意轉換過去Pullman,但當天要去用早餐時卻被告知須額外購買兒童早餐費用,這令我非常不開心,我有受騙的感覺!如果Novotel與Pullman對於兒童收費不一致,那麼應該在轉換前誠實告知,轉換後才收費是一種欺騙的行為!

I could confirm that your Breakfast should have been included for you and your children. We are sorry to hear that you were charged due to this mistake. It is apparent in this case that we fell short. Please rest assured that our Restaurant Manager has addressed this issue with the staff involved. While we wish you had a better upgraded experience, it is feedback like yours that we learn from and use to improve. I understand we could not undo what had happened. However, we really want to make it right for you. We will organise a Breakfast refund to your credit card used upon check out (Visa xxxx1403). Once the refund has been completed, a copy of the refund receipt will be emailed to you. Please let me know if you would like to accept this offer.
