当日事发如下，我拿出电子烟（锁定的情况下），吸了一口，并没有喷出烟雾，前台亚洲面孔男性戴眼镜体型较胖人员对我接近恐吓地说到“not allowed , next time i see this you will be fined”眼神像想杀了我。我感到非常害怕！他在我的旅程中留下了阴影。

We’re sorry to hear that this interaction left you feeling uncomfortable, as that is certainly not the experience we want any of our guests to have. For clarity, our property maintains a strict no-smoking and no-vaping policy inside the building, in line with local regulations and to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests. Our team is instructed to communicate these rules when necessary, but this should always be done in a courteous and respectful manner. We regret that the interaction came across as intimidating, and we will be addressing this with our team to ensure all future communication is handled more professionally and calmly.
