We’re sorry to hear that this interaction left you feeling uncomfortable, as that is certainly not the experience we want any of our guests to have. For clarity, our property maintains a strict no-smoking and no-vaping policy inside the building, in line with local regulations and to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests. 当日事发如下，我拿出电子烟（锁定的情况下），吸了一口，并没有喷出烟雾，前台亚洲面孔男性戴眼镜体型较胖人员对我接近恐吓地说到“not allowed , next time i see this you will be fined”眼神像想杀了我。我感到非常害怕！他在我的旅程中留下了阴影。
