几十年的全球各地旅行,第一次遇见睡觉竟然会被什么臭虫全身被咬破了好几个地方,到今天被咬的地方又疼又痒,简直无法忍受,没有想到Novotel星级连锁酒店会这么脏,更令人气愤的是Kayla Palelei, Guest Services Manager的态度,只是说她去查一下,对我受的伤害好像可以忽略,她的责任是去找虫子,找不到臭虫就跟她没有关系了,简直不可理喻,这种臭虫能找到吗?就连最基本的生活常识都没有,更没有客户意识,NOVOTEL竟然会让这样的人当客户经理说明NOVOTEL的高层,甚至老板们都没有很好的客户服务意识。在我有时间时我会向奥克兰当地政府卫生许可部门及消费者维权部门提出complaint,不能让这样的hotel继续去害人。

床太软了,早点自助品种不丰富,早上8:40炒蔬菜已经没有了也没有补货
