Close to airport good enough for stay prior to departure

Stayed here prior to an early departure from the nearby airport. Good - newish rooms, with decent soundproofing. Bed comfortable, with basic amenities. Check in quick, wifi good. Close to airport - 10 minute walk ( note route to walk does not show on Google maps - but is close) As with all Geneva hotels, you get a free Geneva transit card, so can use trains - frequent in to city centre which is close. Less good, room small, very difficult to find, and poorly signed. Bus let us off at temporary stop ( due to construction) in dark underground tunnel and no signage. Even walking there out of the tunnel, thou building has sign as in photo, walk is in dismal concrete area by palexpo and confusing. Walk to airport involves pedestrian bridge over highway and poorly lit walkway - not super nice in dark

Frustrated and Disappointed - theft

I came to Geneva expecting a safe and comfortable stay, but instead 500 AED and 100 EUR were stolen from my wallet in the room by the housekeeping lady. Reception refused to let me file a report, and managers only told me to “call the police.” With no safe in the room and zero support from staff, I was left feeling frustrated, helpless, and completely let down. This is not the standard I expected from an Accor hotel.

The worst experience. Avoid at all costs if possible.

This is the worst hotel experience of my life. It is literally a scam since the pictures and amenities that are touted are not close to reality. The only advantage is it is near the airport and if you are just planning an overnight stay for catching a early flight,

We booked here last minute as our flight back to England was cancelled. My expectations were low but I was very pleasantly surprised. The staff were very friendly and helpful and provided all the delayed passengers with drinks and supper, the area to eat and drink was functional but clean and bright. The rooms were spotless with very good showers and the beds were very comfortable. If you are looking for somewhere to stay for the night near the airport I would highly recommend this hotel and it was also very reasonably priced.

When I read reviews about getting from the airport to the hotel, I felt quite anxious about how I’d manage. So, just to reassure everyone: • 15 CHF Uber ride: Perfect if the weather is bad, you have luggage, etc. • 15-minute walk: Super easy along well-lit paths. I walked it at 6 a.m. this morning on a dark November morning, and it was absolutely fine. The hotel is good: affordable, nicely laid out, warm, and the windows open if you prefer sleeping in the cold (like I do). The breakfasts are decent (not spectacular), and there are restaurants nearby. It cost me around 30 CHF for an Uber to the city center (about 20 minutes, I think). I was heading to a meeting in GVA Centre. It’s super easy to walk to, though I could have taken a cab if the weather had been bad.
