Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We sincerely apologize that your experience fell short of expectations during your recent stay. Our rooms feature openable windows to complement the ventilation system that renews air throughout all spaces, which we regret didn't provide sufficient comfort given the weather conditions you described. Our housekeeping team conducts daily cleaning using eco-friendly products, and we've reinforced our protocols following your comments about bathroom conditions. Please know we take reports about room hygiene extremely seriously and have escalated this to our maintenance partners for immediate investigation. While we don't have individual climate controls, our reception team remains available 24/7 to discuss room alternatives or fan options that might enhance comfort during warmer periods. However, we regret that your experience differed from our usual standards.
