Good budget hotel for Geneva Airport

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. We are delighted that you found our breakfast staff helpful and that you considered the breakfast price to be reasonable. However, we regret to hear of the issues you faced. Our bathrooms are designed to maximize space while still providing privacy, and we understand this can be an adjustment for some guests. We will take your feedback into account for future improvements. Additionally, we note your feedback regarding your interaction with our receptionist and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. We ensure ongoing training for our team to provide accurate information about our hotel and local amenities. Our location opposite the Balexert shopping center and proximity to public transport options, like the bus that connects to the airport in just 7 minutes, are aspects we are proud of. It's also pleasing to know that the cleanliness and spaciousness of your room, as well as our bathroom amenities, contributed positively to your stay. However, we regret to hear about the challenges you encountered, particularly with regard to the shuttle service and the handling of your request for an iron and ironing board. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. It's our aim to provide timely and efficient service, and it seems we fell short in this instance. We are delighted that you found the comfort and quietness of our rooms to your liking, and that our breakfast offerings and the courteous service provided by our staff enhanced your experience. While we do not currently offer a hotel shuttle service, we are situated just a short bus ride from the airport, with the bus stop conveniently located across the street from us. We understand the importance of clear communication and are continuously working to ensure that all our guests receive accurate information. Nonetheless, it's great to hear that you appreciated the convenience of our hotel's proximity to the airport. Our location not only offers easy access to Geneva Airport but also to the Balexert Shopping Centre and various public transport options for exploring the city.
