Facility is very clean and Breakfast is mind blowing with variationsof high quality food. The hotel is very close to haram as well with a pray area looking at kabaa. Staff also is so helpful and kind. I recommend this hotel if you want a place close to kabaa and clean.

We were staying there for around a month during Ramadan.It’s was an amazing experience.Mr Randy along with his colleagues was taking very good care of our room. Mr Rashid Abbasi,Mr Turki,Mr Iftekhar,Mr Firzaan,Mr Hamid,Ms Ghadaa,Mr Shakir we’re all very courteous and kind and have gone out their way to help us in so many things.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Amazing location connected to the clock tower. The prayer from the haram is played through a speaker in you room, which you can control the volume. Room service meals were on point and the staff through out the hotel were friendly

The distance from the Hotel to the haram is within 5 minutes and there is a back entrance into the Clocktower which makes it easy to get some food. I was checked in by a lovely young man called Rayyan who gave us an complimentary upgrade after asking and with an amazing view of the Kaaba. Rayyan and the team also surprised me and my wife with a cake and it was the best touch ever and we did not expect. Honestly the best customer service i have received and the Hotel is very clean and spacious. Swissotel can be on the pricy side but you pay for it the service, food, location.
