Brilliant hotel and I would stay again every time I come Makaah. The rooms were very clean and if we ever were in need of anything the cleaning staff would be happy to help. The beds were comfortable which allowed me and my family to have a good sleep. The bathroom was also extremely clean, neat and tidy and the shower was easy to use. They provided shampoo and conditioner for the guests to use which made it extremely easy for us. The breakfast was amazing, a different variety of fresh food was available everyday and the tables were clean and always ready for us to use. Breakfast was always delicious and on point. When we needed help with anything the staff were always so ready to help and they really care about their customers. Lastly, the snack bar downstairs near the reception is amazing. The staff there are also brilliant especially this bengali ( I’ve forgotten his name) who was extremely polite and was always so keen to serve us. He made our overall stay even more enjoyable. Overall, with the clean rooms and the brilliant staff this hotel is worthy of more than 5 stars. I will come back here every time when I come to makaah in the future inshaallah.

Went for Umrah in November 2023 for 6 days. Amazing experience. We stayed at this hotel for 6 Days, which is based inside the Clock Tower building. One of the bonuses of this hotel is that is has 2 entrances/exits. One is through the main doors of the Clock Tower into the Shopping Centre and you have walk through for about 5 - 6 minutes to get to the entrance of the Hotel, another one is to the left hand side when you are facing the Clock tower, you walk around the side and up and keep walking in a few minutes you reach the entrance. The rooms are very comfortable and very cleaning and housekeeping comes every day, We stayed on the 13th floor. We booked for Bed and Breakfast here, the breakfast buffet was delicious. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. Of Course one of the main reasons we chose this hotel was location and cleanliness, neither of which we were disappointed with. Hope you go again.

The hotel's location is absolutely perfect. The convenience of being so close to Masjidil Haram made it incredibly easy to attend prayers. The service at this hotel is impeccable; every staff I encountered was professional, courteous, and eager to assist. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary room upgrade I received upon check-in. Thank you, Swissotel Makkah.

Whenever I am traveling to Makkah, i am staying only with Swissotel Makkah. Not just the hotel, location food. There are good people also working in the hotel. Especially, Rashid Mohammad from concierge service. He is the best and very professional. Nabeel from front desk. And Rakal from room service. Thank you swissotel !!!

The hotel is great and people who work there always try to help . There is one person I want to recognize for his help. His name is Rashid works in concierge. He helped me to book a transportation from the airport to the hotel. It was challenging because initially the hotel wanted a wire transfered and there was a problem with the wire transfer from Canada but he was able to secure the transportation. Also upon arriving he would always check of we need anything. Kudos to him and the entire staff for Swissotel in making sure the guests are welcome and taken care of. Love the hotel and definitely recommend it.
