sangat membantu keperluan dan kebutuhan saya dan keluarga. terutama dari tim buttler Mr Desta, Mr Rialis dari tim resto & chef Mr thambri, Mr dikri, Mr santoso & Mr salim.. kedepannya saya berharap ada indonesian food dgn berbagai macam sayuran dan lauk utk saya dan keluarga.. overall semuanya sangat baik dan memang the top hotel raffles at clock tower. sangat suites dan private khusus orang orang vvip only. 👍 insyaAllah Ramadhan 2026 we will back 🔥 specially for front desk hopes the next we can going to early check in at 9 morning, because we always using saudia flight arrival 06.20 at jeddah, after checkin going umrah as that.. the baby boss need the room for privacy 🤣 he just wanna see and said that is ka'bah from the room 🤩

Our stay at Raffles Makkah Palace was nothing short of amazing. This hotel is truly outstanding, and we will definitely be coming back. It made our time of worship in Makkah so much more comfortable and meaningful. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and professional. A special shoutout goes to Mohamed Shahatt from Egypt, and Rialis and Desta from Indonesia, all of whom provided exceptional butler service. As Indonesians who haven’t seen fellow countrymen in a while, their presence made us feel as though we had returned home. Their hospitality and warmth were deeply touching. Another heartfelt thank you to Chef Dikri, who surprised us by preparing bakwan—a simple yet memorable Indonesian dish we’ve missed dearly. It was a small gesture that left a lasting impression. We’d also like to recognize Santosa, a friendly and attentive restaurant staff member who helped make our breakfasts even more enjoyable. The hotel’s transportation service was also excellent. Giramatalah, the driver from Pakistan, delivered outstanding service and made sure our journeys were smooth and pleasant. Thank you, Raffles Makkah Palace, for a truly unforgettable stay. You made our pilgrimage more peaceful and joyful. Looking forward to returning again, inshaAllah.
