הגענו למלון לאחר טיסת לילה, הרכב נלקח לחניה הציבורית המזוודות פורקו ועלו לחדר כהרף עיין ובקבלה קבלו את פנינו עם מגבת לחה וחמה אשר עוררה אותנו ביעילות. קבלנו הדרכה על מה יש לרשותנו במלון הצוות מדבר אנגלית שוטפת כך שאין בעיות תקשורת.החדר מצוחצח הקרבה לעיר העתיקה במרחק הליכה וכן ברחוב הקניות הראשי וככר שלושת הצלבים. ארוחת בוקר מצוינת וכאשר השכנו בדרכנו צוידנו בבקבוקי מים מינרלים. במידה ונחזור לורשה בהחלט המקום יהיה אופציה ראויה ביותר.תודה על האירוח והחוויה.

Vom Raffles Warschau bin ich begeistert. Schon der Empfang war äußerst gastfreundlich. Am Eingang wurden die Koffer in Empfang genommen und wir mussten uns um nichts mehr kümmern. An der Rezeption bekamen wir feuchte Tücher,um uns frisch zu machen. Die Rezeptionisten waren sehr freundlich,höflich,professionell,mehrsprachig- exzellent! Wir bekamen ein Zimmerupgrade. Da unser Zimmer noch nicht bereit war- wir waren sehr früh angekommen- bat uns der Rezetionist um die Telefonnummer,um uns zu verständigen,sobald das Zimmer fertig sein sollte. Das geschah dann auch. Das Zimmer- eine Juniorsuite im 3.Stock- war sehr gut ausgestattet; hatte sogar ein kleines Büro. Das Badezimmer war sehr geräumig; Wc ,und Nassbereich getrennt. Es gab nicht nur eine Duschkabine,sondern auch eine Badewanne. Sehr sauber und hygienisch. Die Betten waren herrlich. Das Frühstück war toll: Buffet plus Möglichkeit zu bestellen! Das Personal beim Frühstück war einzigartig! Besonders Olivia,der ich eine stele Karriere ob ihres Wissens,ihrer Sprachkenntnisse und ihres ausgezeichneten Benehmens voraussage,hat mich sehr beeindruckt. Checkout verlief kurz und problemlos dank der gut organisierten Rezeption! Top Lage! TOP PERSONAL! Top Zimmer! Wir kommen wieder!

Très bien situé, ce très bel hôtel datant du 19eme siècle est absolument incroyable. Tout le personnel est à un niveau que nous avons rarement vu. Ils feront tous tout en leur pouvoir pour vous rendre ce séjour inoubliable, leur proximité avec vous fera vous sentir presque comme en famille. L’hôtel est magnifique, la déco et les œuvres donnent une ambiance douce et agréable. Tout est dans le détail, pas de faux pas. La chambre, 222, nous a laissé tout bonnement sans voix. Spacieuse, beau salon, grandes fenêtres donnant sur une place, la chambre et la salle de bain étaient aussi top. Literie top. Petit déjeuner royal. Bref, pour dire simplement les choses : un des plus beau hôtel que nous avons eu la chance de rester. Merci à l’ensemble du personnel pour votre présence !

J’ai séjourné au Raffles Europejski Warsaw pour un week-end et l’expérience a été exceptionnelle. Dès l’arrivée, le personnel a été professionnel, chaleureux et très attentionné. Une mention spéciale a l’accueil de David qui a été parfait. La chambre raffles était spacieuse, décorée avec goût, et offrait une vue magnifique sur la place Piłsudski. Le lit était extrêmement confortable et la salle de bain impeccable, avec des produits haut de gamme. Le spa Sisley est un vrai havre de paix, parfait pour se détendre après une journée de visites. Le petit-déjeuner était varié, avec des produits frais et un service irréprochable grâce à la responsable du petit déjeuner et à une excellente serveuse qui nous reçoit comme des invités privilégiés à chacune de nos visites. L’emplacement central est un atout majeur : tout est accessible à pied, des musées aux meilleurs restaurants de la ville. Les cocktails au bar étaient délicieux et le Burger au top. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui cherchent luxe, confort et raffinement à Varsovie.
