Mercure Tangerang BSD City

This hotel have a good interior and spacious room, the staff are very nice actually too. The things that being my concern is we need to pay for 50K IDR to borrow the cutlery, which actually that’s not that cheap while for other hotels it would no cost at all.

Came here for a family staycation weekend and fully satisfied by the service they gave us. It's a new hotel with a good design. I liked the lobby and the restaurant area, it was spacious and fully covered by glass walls so it was brighten by the sunlight. Our room (privilege room) was spacious with complete amenities. Swimming pool area was not so big but enough for kids to swim and play. The best thing was the kids space area next to the swimming pool. It has a kids playground, basketball game, animal bikes and a garden. Breakfast was decent, not so many options, but still good. Location was right next to AEON Mall.

Thanks to all the staff, me and my family had a really lovely time in Mercure BSD. The check-in experience was great thanks to Raj (Receptionist), she was really friendly and helpful. Since I booked 2 rooms, I requested to be in the same floor and she accommodated my request. All the staff at the restaurant are responsive especially Afifah, she's very helpful. Room was lovely, big and spacious, the bathroom was very clean and they have a small chalkboard at the room door in each room with some greeting word in a different language, cute! Plus point for this hotel is that they serve Indomie during breakfast and I don't see this in any other Hotel.

The hotel is very cozy. going for a meeting here and the staff were nice and helpful. The bedroom was very eye-pleasant not to mention i have 'sugeng rawuh' at my door!. The food and coffee break also top quality! Especially to Mr. Ikshan who is very nice and helpful. Always listen to what we need and keeping the floor and the room so clean and tidy. Wish you all the best Mr. Ikhsan. All pleasure. 🙌🏻 Will definitely coming back especially because i havent tried the pool. ✨

Mercure BSD always be my first choice when i had meeting in BSD area. Located near AEON mall and got best views from the Mall. The cleanliness also achieve my expectation. The hospitality was perfect. The staff enrolled me to be their member so they recommend me to book through apps for best deal.
