Wir haben vorgängig angeben wann wir an kommen im hotel jedoch war das zu früh dann wollten sie noch 20 Franken auf preis,dies fand ich schräg wiso muss man dann angeben wann man einchecken will,wenn man dann doch einen aufpreis erhalten würde.

Zimmer war sauber, genug Platz, Koffer konnte man verstauen. Nettes Personal. Möbel im Zimmer waren älter, abgeplatztes Dekor..und nur nach Nachfrage genug Handtücher für 2 Personen!

Hotel ist an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sehr gut angebunden, liegt zwischen Flughafen Heathrow und der City, sehr gute Verbindung zu ABBA Voyage, Warner Brother Studios und auch Windsor. Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer sehr sauber, Frühstücksbuffet gut sortiert, ein Punkt Abzug wegen der etwas beengten Tische beim Frühstück

Zimmer: Grösse war gut, sauber, Steckdose unpraktisch angebracht, Frühstück standdart nach Norm, jeden Tag gleich, fehlte so kleine Abwechslung. Geschmack mich gut Tip. Kleine Gefässe für die Marmelade, Honig wäre praktisch Extra ein Hotel mit Bar ausgesucht, 1 Abend geschlossen wegen einer Veranstaltung, fehlende Info im Hotel. Auch war das Personal am Empfang Büro. Nebenraum was das abendliche Abklingen des Tages an der Bar zu einem " sorry das ich Störe " Erlebniss macht

Das Hotelzimmer ist für Londoner Verhältnisse recht groß, alles war sauber. Die doppelverglasten Fenster hielten die Verkehrsgeräusche von draußen relativ gut in Zaum. Ich konnte ohne Ohrstöpsel schlafen, das ist in London nicht selbstverständlich. Die verkehrsanbindung ist gut, es gibt eine Station der Central Lone in gut 200m Entfernung und auch die Overground fährt in 250m Entfernung vom Hotel ab. In unmittelbarer Umgebung befindet sich ein großes einkaufszentrum und diverse Supermärkte, Restaurants etc.

Gute Lage, sehr stadtnah, Geschäfte (Lidl, Boots, Sainsbury, Westfield mit diversen Geschäften und Supermarkt) und Restaurants in der Umgebung, Ubahn keine 5 Minuten entfernt, Zimmer sauber und passend eingerichtet, bequeme Betten, sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück. Es war nicht der 1. Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Wir schätzen die Nähe zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und dem Westfield Shopping Center. Der Mitarbeiter bei unserer Ankunft war zwar höflich, entsprach aber unseren Erfahrungen nach nicht zu 100% dem Ibis-Standard. Wir sind etwas mehr positive Freundlichkeit bei Mitarbeitern der Hotel-Kette gewöhnt. In einer E-Mail Antwort wurde uns ein Zimmer mit einem Blick auf die Stadt in Aussicht gestellt. Wir erhielten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den unschönen Innenhof. Unser 2. Kritikpunkt ist, dass es bei unserer Ankunft sehr kalt im Zimmer gewesen ist und wir in der 1. Nacht gefroren haben. Ansonsten war es ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
