Ein tolles Hotel, nett, sauber, gute Betten. Es liegt nicht weit entfernt von einer Underground, auch eine Bushaltestelle ist nicht weit entfernt. Das einzige Manko……es liegt an einer recht lauten Straße, wenn man mit offenen Fenster schlafen möchte, ist es nicht schön

Schade war, daß das Zimmer um 16.30 Uhr noch nicht geputzt war, obwohl wir ab 10.00 Uhr das Reinigungsschild herausgehängt haben. Auch war schade, daß im Frühstücksraum zu wenig Platz für alle war. Uns hat es nichts ausgemacht, im Nebenraum zu essen. Das dortige Buffet enthielt jedoch weder ausreichend Tee, noch Milch oder Butter. Für den Rest wären wir gern in den Hauptraum gegangen.

Sehr schöne und saubere Zimmer und man ist schnell in der City bei den Museen oder wieder am Flughafen LHR. Super netter Service am Empfang, der mir bei einem Problemchen sofort und unkompliziert geholfen hat. Vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis auch sehr gut.
