Hotel locatiion : excellent Room siza : very good Staff : very attentive, remarkable everywhere Breakfast buffet : very basic, simple,there is room to improve. Overall, We would comeback to this hotel without hesitation, thank you very much!

Even though it was 27 degrees in the room they wouldn’t allow us to use air conditioning. I guess they base AC on weather patterns from the 1980s and refuse to adjust. Bed and pillows were also just not very comfortable. Great location though.

Regarding the air conditioning, our hotel operates on a central seasonal system, which transitions between heating and cooling based on outdoor conditions. We understand that room temperature preferences vary, and we apologize for any discomfort you experienced. For future stays, we recommend booking one of our Premier Rooms on the 10th floor, which are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning and heating units for personalized comfort. As for the bed and pillows, we were surprised to hear your comments, as all of our rooms feature top-tier mattresses—comparable to those used in 5-star hotels—along with a plush mattress topper designed to enhance softness and support. However, we understand that individual comfort levels vary, and it's possible that the topper may have felt overly soft in your case. We will certainly keep this in mind as we continue to fine-tune the in-room experience. Thank you once again for your valuable input. Just okay, but good location

The hotel itself is pretty average, the bathroom is extremely small, but it has that "technological toilet" that is typical of Korea. The hair dryer is very weak. The room is small, but it's good enough. The bed is good and comfortable. What I didn't like was the breakfast, there was very little variety, and there wasn't even an omelet or fried egg option. What I liked was the location, it's close to the subway, and the Insa-dong neighborhood has countless options of bars, restaurants, charming cafes and little shops. It's also close to Seoul's main palaces.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights from 22nd April 2025 to 25th April 2025. I had a deeply comfortable and satisfying experience Positives- 1- Extremely clean room with reasonable amount of space 2- Clean and well maintained bathroom 3- Exceedingly polite, well mannered and helpful staff- in fact they go out of their way to help you 4- Very good location, with so many restaurants and shops around. There is a 7 11 and also a Cu store in the same lane. There is also a money exchange just opposite the hotel 5- Jongo sam ga subway station is a 5 minute walk- convenient to travel around Seoul 6- Reasonable price 7- Breakfast buffet is good with many options, but a little but on the expensive side 8- Very safe area, we were comfortable being out late at night and it is actually lively till 1 am! Negatives 1- No air conditioning in the room in this season, however weather was pleasant so this was ok In summary, I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers in Seoul

During the period of your stay, the outside temperatures were mild and thus the system was set to heating. However, we completely understand the importance of climate control for our guests' comfort. For your future stays, we recommend booking one of our Premier Rooms located on the 10th floor, as these are equipped with individually controlled heating and air conditioning units, allowing guests to adjust the temperature to their personal preference at any time.
