I had another wonderful and relaxing "after-work-stay" at FYL. The service in the FGL was performed by Michelle alone this time. She did a great job with passion, dedication and very skillful. It's always a pleasure to see young talent improving and growing up. Thanks dear Michelle, you made my stay relaxing and memorable. A special thanks to Gloria and Gracia for remembering my birthday and preparing a big surprise and a birthday cake, much appreciated !! The room was very well prepared, clean and orderly with all amenities in the right place. I am always amazed to find my personalized bathrob hanging properly in the bathroom. I will be right back... Facilities and breakfast were really good but staff was sometimes a bit forgetful with drinks service. Also ridiculous to close of a random number of doors to the pool "because of Covid" when in the end the hotel was still open... Dinner and room service options were limited. We will likely come back but bring own food.

The team has been top notch in client service. They went above and beyond to meet my request and help out to arrange a great stay for my family. They prepared hand written card and upgrade, which is so touching and please Do PASS my gratitude to Sophia and her team include Sammi, Michelle in the hotel. The room was well prepared, all amenities set up and arranged well, including espresso cups and spoons as well as personalized bathrobs with my name stiched above the FAIRMONT Logo, excellent. The service, drinks and food in the lounge very good as usual, espicially the personal dinner menu. Michelle, Sammi and Sophia did an outstanding job. Sammi and Michelle are improving their English skills much to my pleasure. Gracia handeled my reservation in a perfect manner as always. Thanks to the entire team at FYL, in particular the FGL team. We will be back very soon...

It was another great experience at FYL. Especially the FGL staff was very attentive and professional, namely Sophia and Sammi. Room, amenities and guest specials, all very well prepared. The room was clean and orderly as usual. I enjoyed the service in the FGL in particular, Sammi and Sophia did a great job. I decided on the spot to return soon: @Gracia: Please take a new reservation for me Friday, July 2nd to Sunday, July 4th for 2 nights. Kindly send the confirmation with Conf. # to my WeChat as usual. the hotel is located a good place, we can walk along the lack ,see the good views and breath fresh air. the frogs singing in the night maybe bother me but for other people maybe it is a good thing.

We very much enjoyed the stay, as usual. Sophia prepared everything very well, arrival, check-in smooth and the room was well set up and clean. This time we enjoyed the excellent and personalized service in the FGL provided by Michelle with lots of passion and professional attitude.
