Dear GM Alfred Zhuang , Congratulation another one of Malaysian GM base in China,as I remembered they have one Malaysian GM Mr. Danny Yeo (based in Shanghai Pullman hotel before but was transfer back to Langkawi,Malaysia).have been worked in China above twenty years Apa Khabar? Fairmont YangCheng Lake is very famous due to Accor high branded such as Fairmont,Raffles,Sofitel,Pullman and etc.And this is good season for those customers comes from Oversea and every where local China eat hairy crab here. Huge resort, good spacious room. Bellboy was not very attentive. English speaking staff need to be improved
