Vraiment enchanté de mon séjour au Fairmont, proche de malls dans un quartier agréable et verdoyant, tout a été parfait, surclassé en suite avec vu sur le golf, j'ai vraiment savouré mon court séjour de 2 nuits; personnel souriant et agréable, bel assortiment du buffet petit déjeuner , par contre pas d'accès offert au Lounge pour les membres Platinum, j'ai moins apprécié...

Chambres confortables, personnel très aimable.En revanche l’espace spa est très décevant : côté femme sur 6 noirs , les hammams ne fonctionnaient pas durant 3 jours et ne sont pas assez chaud. Le plus grand des hamman sont mauvais , il suffirait d’ajouter des huiles essentielles pour que ce désagrément disparaisse. La douche est en panne depuis 6 mois. Aucun spa commun; homme femme , impossible de faire un jacuzzi avec son conjoint ou entre amis. … Au lounge le petit déjeuner n’est pas si copieux, il faudrait peut être y ajouter des vapeurs, nouilles ou autres disponibles au spectra mais qui est un restaurant avec beaucoup de choix mais beaucoup trop bruyant. Pas du tout agréable pour le petit déjeuner .
