The hotel is situated in the heart of the Palm, Jumeirah. Easy accessible and very kind and attentive staff. Housekeeping was another level, on our floor we had a chap by the name of Sakesh. A wonderful cheery chap, always had a smile on his face, even if he was busy he had time to say hello. Our room was always left immaculate, every tiny detail. Great guy to have around. Down side to staying at the Fairmont is 1) The lighting, very dim for such an elegant hotel. 2) The repetitive menu for half board wasn’t great, that’s why most mornings and evenings we dined out. 3) The desserts were very poor. Overall a nice clean and somewhat enjoyable stay. Would definitely come back. Thanks.

Very clean hotel, staff friendly, food lovely, didn’t have to rush in am for sunbeds plenty around. An extra privacy door could close our rooms off if hallway was loud, but never was. Really safe to leave your bad Great that all food was labelled clearly for fussy eaters! Staff always very helpful go above and beyond John & tek at pool bar we’re fab & lady at breakfast was always smily & a pleasure Only negative is couldn’t use the bar in nights as we had teenagers with us and need to be 21. Careem taxi great easy to use and reasonable prices just make sure you know where pick up point is at Dubai mall We paid room tax £83 family of 5. Can’t wait to go back !!

We are here for couple of days and we annoyed our time at beach all the time but the music disturb us and the rest all is well we mention one name SHAKEEL is so attentive and polite person and he give us good service hopefully we will come again here

This is the 3rd visit to the Fairmont the Palm Dubai, the rooms are cleaned to a high standard daily, The staff in the hotel will go out there way to help you. Food is exceptional the private beach is one minute walk from the hotel will visit again A*****

I visited the newly renovated hotel spa recently with a few on my girl friends, and we absolutely loved it! They welcomed us inside and treated us with such kindness and politeness. We all did different treatments out of the 9 they offer, and all of us loved our treatments, they accommodated us and our needs and offered us coffee, tea, and drinks before and after the spa, which was lovely to experience. After my lovely time at the spa, I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much for accommodating my stay at the Fairmont the Palm.
