It was a great experience to stay at the raffles@ palm. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Achraf and Badri really helped us alot. The reception, concierge and the cab service was great! Overall would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

It was our 1st time to Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Brilliant stay at Raffles The Palm. The service was exceptional and the room was incredibly comfortable - spacious , comfy bed, tranquil rooms with plenty of storage. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff and this hotel is one of the best we’ve been to. We would definitely return and felt like nothing was too much trouble in a very opulent, comfortable space. Check in was smooth, we were promptly greeted and attended to with efficiency. A special commendation goes to Anelka, The Concierge for his outstanding services and hospitality. He was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much of an effort for him and he made us feel very welcome and relaxed. He had our itinerary planned out for our entire trip. The recommendation of tours/places of interest he made were awesome, especially the Desert Safari, Ferrari World Theme Park and many many more! He was still in touch with us after we had checked out, to check on our well-being and remind us of our upcoming tours. He is the reason we will definitely return to Raffles The Palm.

I was here during new years and have been visiting this hotel for the last few years. The service is excellent and especially thoughtful. I must thank the butler Isuru especially as he was very attaining to any needs I had and delivered an excellent service.

Brilliant stay at the Raffles. The service is exceptional, the food is amazing , the staff are super friendly and the rooms are incredibly comfortable - spacious , comfy bed, tranquil rooms with plenty of storage. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff and this hotel is easily one of the best we’ve been to. Our favourite restaurant was Piatti (the Italian) and Matagi - the Japanese restaurant. Special mention to Aparna in the Matagi restaurant. She was incredible- very friendly, professional and amazing service. :)

Check in was smooth,we were promptly greeted and attended to with efficiency.The receptionist was exceptionally courteous and informative.Our luggage was seamlessly delivered to our room just on time. Our suite 520 was spacious,modern with a fabulous view and impeccably clean. A special commendation goes to Jane and all her team for their outstanding efforts. The attention to detail and professionalism greatly enhanced our stay. Our kid's enjoyed the kid's club with a lot of activities-thanks to Bipana,John and the rest of the team for making our holiday special. Five stars isn't enough-I would give them ten stars if I could!
