Приехали на выходные. Был второй раз, очень комфортно, можно прекрасно почилить о бассейна, основной ресторан по прежнему восхитителен.

Хороший сервис, кухня, местоположение, но состояние номера портит все впечатление : морально и физически устаревшая мебель, ужасный санузел, пыль на шторах и люстрах!

We are pleased to know that you rated our service, team, cuisine, location, breakfast, arrival, and departure so highly. At the same time, please accept our sincere apologies for the condition and cleanliness of the room, which clearly did not meet your expectations nor our brand standards. Your comments regarding outdated furniture, the bathroom condition, and dust on curtains, chandeliers, and high surfaces are taken very seriously. This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide, and we regret that it negatively impacted your overall impression.
