From the moment we arrived until we left six days later, every member of staff was welcoming, smiley, and genuinely friendly. Two team members in particular stood out for their exceptional customer service and dedication to both their roles and the Rixos brand. Mangal, who covers the beach area, is one of the kindest and most understated people I have ever met. Widitatama from the Bodrum Bar was always smiling and eager to ensure guests were well looked after with drinks. Both played a huge part in making our holiday so special. The hotel itself is stunning and immaculately maintained — even to the point of staff cleaning bird droppings from the pathways, which really shows the attention to detail. We booked a three-bedroom suite as we were a group of three adult couples. Each bedroom was en-suite, which worked perfectly for us. On arrival, we were upgraded to a four-bedroom suite with a jacuzzi and a large living area, which was a lovely surprise. The city-facing view was great, and we enjoyed watching the boats coming and going. The only issue we encountered was with the king-size bed, which had a wooden slatted base. After a couple of uncomfortable nights, we discovered several slats were missing. This was reported and swiftly addressed, although unfortunately the slats didn’t stay in place. As we had a spare room with single beds, my husband and I chose to sleep there and didn’t report it again. The restaurants are all very nice and serve great food, with a good variety and excellent à la carte options included in the all-inclusive package. There are just a few points I feel management could consider to further enhance the experience: An adults-only pool and restaurant would be a great addition — Turquoise restaurant and the nearby pool would be ideal. Bar1 is a nice sports bar, but it would be beneficial if it became adults-only after a certain time in the evening. Most importantly, smoking should not be allowed at Bar1. It was very unpleasant, especially with children and pregnant women present. Overall, my family and I had the most wonderful time together in a fantastic hotel, and we will absolutely be returning to Rixos The Palm.

Rixos The Palm is an absolutely incredible hotel and without hesitation we would return. We have previously stayed at Rixos Premium Göcek, which we loved, but The Palm was even better. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, despite us arriving in the early hours of the morning due to a delayed flight. We were even offered complimentary room service on arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long journey. The staff are exceptional — genuinely some of the best service we have experienced anywhere. Everyone is friendly, attentive and truly can’t do enough for you. A very special mention must go to Mangal, who worked on the beach. What a wonderful, wonderful man. He is dedicated to making a difference, incredibly kind and completely selfless. When he saw me trying to put an umbrella up, he literally ran over to help. He deserves the world and more — we were genuinely sad to say goodbye to him. Another huge thank you to Widitatama, who served us drinks daily. He is incredibly attentive with a great sense of professional humour and constantly offered refills without ever being intrusive. After a few days he knew our orders and even had our canned drinks ready in our cooler before we asked — such a thoughtful and memorable level of service. The hotel itself is immaculate throughout, with cleanliness being absolutely exceptional. We booked a three-bedroom apartment and were upgraded by the hotel to a four-bedroom penthouse with a jacuzzi, which was outstanding for our group. The beds were exceptionally comfortable too. Drinks across the resort were all named brands and very good quality. The food was great throughout our stay. We ate at all three à la carte restaurants — our favourite food-wise was the Italian, while the best service was at Bodrum (lunch there was also delicious). Both buffets were lovely, but as a group of adults, Turquoise just pipped the post for us as it was quieter, smaller and more relaxed. We travelled as a family of three adult couples and found the hotel perfect for us. It is very family-oriented, but it never felt like that encroached on our holiday — the hotel still offers exceptional service and a luxurious experience for guests without children. The hotel also kindly offered us an extended checkout, which made a real difference on our last day and was hugely appreciated. Bar 1 is a great addition and has a really nice atmosphere, though personally it would be even better if it became adults-only after 9pm (especially as it’s open until 2am). It would also be great to stop smoking indoors at the bar — it’s 2026 and this really detracted from the experience. There isn’t an adults-only pool, which we didn’t mind as we spent most of our time on the beach, but it would be a lovely addition — perhaps using the quieter pool near the Turquoise restaurant. We loved the location on the Palm as it was peaceful and quieter than the city. When we did head into Dubai, it took around 45 minutes to reach the souk markets, which felt very manageable. Overall, an outstanding hotel with exceptional staff, beautiful accommodation and a genuinely luxurious experience. We can’t wait to return. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our first time to Rixos The Palm & wow it was amazing, we will be returning. We arrived & from the moment we arrived till we left 6 days later, each member of the staff were welcoming, smiley & so utterly friendly. Two members of staff stood out the most with their exceptional customer service & dedication to their job & Rixos; Mangal who covers the beach area, the most kind & understated human I ever met. The second is Widitatama, always smiling & wanting to serve his customers well with drinks from the Bodrum bar. They played a massive part of making our holiday at Rixos amazing. The whole hotel is stunning & kept spotlessly clean, even down to a man cleaning the bird poop of the pathway!! We booked a 3 bed suite as we were a party os 3 adult couples. Each room was en-suite, which was ideal. On arrival we were upgraded to a 4 bed with a jacuzzi & a large living area. The view toward the city was great & enjoyed watching the boats back & forth. The only issue we had was the king size bed was of the wooden slatted type, which after an uncomfortable couple of nights we found that quite a few slates were missing. Reported and swiftly this was rectified with more slats added, but again they didn’t stay in place. Didn’t bother mentioning again, as we had a spare room with single beds so my husband & I slept in those ! The restaurants are nice & all serve great food, good variety of choice & nice to have Al a carte options in the all inclusive. Only a couple things that I feel would benefit being addressed by the management 1. Be good to have an adult only pool & restaurant - Turquoise restaurant would be ideal & the pool located just by that restaurant. 2. Bar1 is a nice sports bar but again it would be nice if after a certain time in the evening it becomes adults only. 3. Bar1 again, this being much more important…… STOP ALLOWING SMOKING AT THE BAR!!! It was very unpleasant more so with kids & pregnant ladies being in there. As I said, my family & I will be returning as we’ve had the best time together in a wonderful hotel.
