Aminul always did an excellent job cleaning my room. He is reliable, respectful, and very thorough in his work. The room is always left neat, fresh, and well-organised. I really appreciate his attention to detail and consistent effort.

We had an amazing stay at the Sofitel and a particular highlight was our couples massage package including entry to the phenomenal spa. The massage was with Helen and Moni and they were wonderful. So friendly and gave excellent massages, making us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout. It was a lovely treat to end the experience with a fruit platter and time in the private jacuzzi bath. Would highly recommend. Thank you to Helen and Moni x

Had a wonderful stay at Sofitel The Palm Dubai. The rooms were extremely clean, and Abul did an amazing job ensuring everything was perfectly arranged. The hotel ambiance is beautiful, and all the staff were very respectful and attentive. The food was outstanding definitely one of the best parts of the stay. Highly recommend!
