A very nice atmosphere to relax and chill. All staff members are absolutely accommodating and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Our room was beautiful and immaculate and thank you so much for Kamal from housekeeping who looked after our room while we were staying the 5nights. Everything was always perfect! We hope to come back again soon

I have stayed at all of the luxury hotels along Palm and many in Dubai, this site shows as a 5 star hotel but the service offering is way below standards. The people is what makes the hotel. I have never come across so many moody and miserable staff, hardly anyone acknowledges you with a Good Morning, Hello etx. The bell boys at front are not helpful and were rude to many guests and start talking in own languages amongst selfs when you ask them questions. Rooms were dirty and smell bad. Food quality is very poor and the chefs are a disgrace. Wouldn't hire any of them at a 5 star property. Prakesh is the only decent staff working in the restaurant and is levels above this poorly run joint. Gym is nice, spacious but dirty. Swimming pools, plenty BUT scandalous that not heated - its a disgrace! During our stay when temperatures are 21, 22, 23 you must have pool temp between 30 - 32. The fact that hardly anyone using pool from midday, isn't that a massive red flag to management? When raised with lifeguards who would rather sit sneakily on mobiles, they say the pool temperatures will not be increasing from 28degrees as senior management get angry with costs! That was a common answer. In my honest view this hotel is at best 3 STARs and way too much improvement needed starting with staff attentiveness, attention, attitudes and behaviours. I felt very unsafe at this hotel and worried about my kids and wife. I would never ever return to this hotel, totally a disgrace

After a week back in the cold, it is with a heart full of nostalgia that I finally take the time to write this review. One thing is certain: the desire to return is already there, stronger than ever. We have been coming to this hotel for several years. At first, we came for the beauty of the place, for the escape. Today, we return for a very different reason: because we truly feel at home here. And this rare and precious feeling has a name: Lasantha Fernando. It is difficult to find the right words to describe what he represents, as his professionalism, kindness, and humanity go far beyond anything we have experienced elsewhere. I have traveled extensively and stayed in many hotels, but I have never encountered service like his. Lasantha Fernando does not simply do his job he lives it, he embodies it, he does it from the heart. And it shows in every single moment. His absence is immediately noticeable when he has a day off, as his presence is truly essential. He knows his profession like no one else, anticipates every need, creates genuine connections, and above all makes everyone feel valued. With him, we are not just guests… we are welcomed, recognized, and truly cared for. We also had the immense privilege of celebrating New Year’s Eve at this hotel. Everything was absolutely incredible: the buffet, the shows, the atmosphere a perfectly organized event, all while remaining deeply attentive to the well-being of the guests.
