We had the best time, shambu & zubair made our room beautiful and added so many special touches, Made it very special. The butler team Jolie, Ashush, Indra & Ibrahim were so helpful and nothing was ever any trouble. Every night we would have water sat next to our bed and a hand lotion or lip balm, slippers next to the bed and our room all ready to just get right into bed. On our last day we came back to lots of balloons & a centre piece made beautifully out of towels with candles in the room which was a beautiful finishing touch: Thank you for making our trip one we will never forget! We will definitely be back

We had a fantastic time at Sofitel, so quiet and relaxing. The staff are incredible- they understand excellent customer service. I would particularly like to thank Rahul in the Club Lounge for his attentive service - second to none, we will be back

Fabulous hotel on a private white sandy beach Amazing room with a balcony looking over the sea Restaurants excellent with delicious food We used the Premier Lounge everyday and Jaber looked after us so well. Such a kind and thoughtful man. We will come back to stay at this beautiful hotel

A very nice atmosphere to relax and chill. All staff members are absolutely accommodating and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Our room was beautiful and immaculate and thank you so much for Kamal from housekeeping who looked after our room while we were staying the 5nights. Everything was always perfect!
