Good: Housekeeping Arsffa ( I hope I spell it correctly) was exceptional thank you so much to take such good care of us , we come to celebrate my wife and son birthday and they arrange 2 small cake and a beautiful special set up with rose petal on the bad , my wife love it thank you ! At the pool they are very kind and even though was busy they try to find you a sun bad and they call you when is ready, food is very nice at the pool ! We also had a great experience in one of the restaurants Asil Saturday night , we had the best Arabic food I eat so far and me and my wife we live in the county for 10 years. Bad: I have booked a one bedroom suite and they advertise that have a gorgeous view on city and sea but no body told me that the view now is on a construction site, the worse thing when sharing this feedback to one of the managers ,I have been told that they don’t have to mention as in the city anything can happen , I told him let’s agree to disagree. One more thing, I know that the cleaning of the external windows are schedule but all our windows were very dirty and one had a big white stain and when you pay for a panoramic view this bothers you a lot . The bad for us is not comfortable , too soft but maybe is just my preference.

Currently staying here. Day 2 of 7: Room is amazing! Spacious and incredibly clean. This is probably the best ever hotel room I’ve stayed in. All staff I’ve met are friendly from concierge to housekeeping to restaurant staff. The best part of the dinner was the sushi bar. The disappointing part is the half board package is restricted to one restaurant, unlike Rixos Doha, where you have access to a wide choice of restaurants. I’m hoping the food will not feel repetitive for the rest of our stay. Pool area is unnecessarily cramped and busy. We were unable to get a sun lounger, although 50% of them are empty and unusable, unless you meet a minimum spend. This is the first time I’ve ever seen this at a resort. I’m ok with having music, but I feel it’s too loud.

We have met the best guest relations Svetlana. Pool and beach area are so amazing ! The food is so delicious, especially the chocolate strawberries !! The room had a wonderful view on the eye of Dubai ! The hotel is very clean and luxury . Thqnk you sooo much.

Svitlana was a wonderful guest relationship manager! Ambiance at the pool was great with Nice music. The restaurants are offering wide range of food of good quality and open at convenient Times. Rooms are very confortable spacious and luxurious

Great Location, Luxury Hotel with a special member in Staff named Ines

Our stay did not start very well with the hotel, as unfortunately we encountered an issue and my Husband was unable to travel, with the booking in his name the hotel refused to give us both rooms although they were fully paid up and also under my name on the booking. Hotel Rooms are clean, big, colourful and have a spacious feel with lovely sea views. Breakfast was very impressive with a large spread and also child friendly. Swimming pool was large and the kids got to enjoy it. Kids club was for very young kids rather than my children. Location cannot be beaten with the wide spread of restaurants on the door step. Worth mentioning the 5 stars are only awarded due to one staff member named 'Ines' - who made the stay very special. The birthday treats for my son were very generous with the decor and cake. Huge thank you to Ines from us.
