Worst service ever.Hotel driver leaves you stranded

The hotel driver took me to my destination, taking the backroads that apparently had water. The destination was also on the main road. He decided he did not want to turn around and go to the main road and said that the? Location location of where I was going was only 20 m away on the sidewalk that was dry. He charged me full price. It turns out the Location, based on where he dropped me off was about a kilometer away and I had to walk through puddles of water all because he didn't want to turn around and go down the main road.That was already dry

I would like to thank all the staff specially Mona at the reception she is very helpful and professional she gifted me the executive lounge for the night i stayed im so thankful for her the hotel its self its comfy and location is near every where

The rooms are great, but the staff make the difference. Everyone was so helpful, from the guest services, to tour operators and the team assisting at the Cafe in the lobby. Especially Leica assisting with our timely departure as we headed to the airport.
