We enjoyed our stay at Mövenpick JBR in Sept 2024. We checked in smoothly with a very friendly man on reception. Room was decent size. Good size balcony. Bathroom neat and tidy. Breakfast was great value for money. The guys at the pool were great. Would be nice if the bar staff came round the pool taking drinks orders (we would have spent a lot more though!!) Irene who we spoke to at breakfast and in the lobby was lovely and always remembered my name. Our cleaner was Venkatesh and he did a good job each day. Is this the most luxurious hotel in Dubai - no. But it has a good location, clean and tidy, the bar has a great happy hour. Food was yummy, pool was decent size with lots of shade! We liked that the beach bags also included a parasol. Only thing I would say is they were great at breakfast for taking your first coffee order but most mornings we did have to ask a couple of times for more coffee. This doesn’t take away from being a 5 out of 5 review but was a little annoying. I would recommend staying here!

Hotel staff Jefrin / depanke did an amazing job. Breakfast was very nice and locafion is superb. The whole experience in the hotek is nice. But sometimes the overall cleanliness could be an issue but not much. Hotel management needs to review the policies otherwise great experience

The housekeeping Durga is helpful and clean room nicely and everything is on order everday,the reception staff Mahmoud,Gulshat and Yula and concierge are also kind,respectful,and helpful.i feel at home.thanks for their understanding and professional service.i was very comfortable at the hotel.the amenities of the hotel also good. i definetly recommend to stay at Movenpick JBR beach hotel convienient and lively location.thanks

The cleaning service is perfect! Mr. Jefrin H.K. is such a nice person and also a good specialist in this sphere. Amazing hotel, friendly and caring staff. It is always very clean, smells delicious, and the food is incomparable. special thanks to Chandima for the good mood and "new friends"😀 The beach is a 5-minute walk away. There are amazing guys by the pool who will open and close an umbrella 100 times a day at your request. Nearby there is everything you need: currency exchange, pharmacy, cafe, shop. The metro is a 15-minute walk away. I will definitely come back and definitely recommend it.
