Very good experience at Fairmont the Palm. The facilities were very well kept and up to date, the pool areas were all lovely. Our room had a great view of the city skyline and the beach, and the room itself was very spacious and clean. The location of the hotel is perfect being situated on the stem of the palm Jumeirah it was close to many restaurants, beach clubs (including the hotel’s own beach club) and tourist attractions such as aquaventure waterpark and aura skypool/the view at the palm. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, especially Thiri, Derrick, and Rahul who were great! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Ankush and Shusan were our waiters and they were so lovely and gave very great service everyday! We will definitely be returning and hope they will serve us again

We were in the Blowfish bar. Sunil was our vaiter, he was so polite. Shusan, Zar ni, Balmant and Ankush working there, the place is beautiful and the food is very delicious. Nice place with nice person.
