Khin at Blowfish restaurant at the Fairmont hotel is wonderful. She is extremely attentive and always offers consistently prompt service whether serving meals or scooping up desserts at the ice cream stand. Highly recommend, plan to return as often as possible.

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. The Flow restaurant is excellent. One member of staff in particular was very attentive. Manisha looked after us very well. The rooms are very spacious and the room service are always on hand should you require extra pillows or coat hangers. Overall it's a lovely hotel. I'd fully recommend it.

We wanted to say a massive thank you to the Fairmont gold lounge team. Especially to Amzad, Gilbert, Ashish, Myint and Khai. Their service was impeccable, always greeted us with a smile and remembered all our preferences in food and beverage choices. We have always been treated with such kindness and great service, that we almost call Fairmont our home away from home.

Beautiful hotel, superbly situated on the Palm for easy access to all attractions . Lovely rooms and public areas. Excellent choice of quality restaurants. Superb grounds with pools and beds plus private beach area. Staff are amazing. Special thanks to Ganesh and Anjan who made our stay extra special. Highly recommend.
