Dear Mr. Petiul, Thank you for taking the time to clarify your concerns via email and through sharing this review. We appreciate your loyalty and are disappointed that this visit was not on par with your past experiences. As a five-star hotel, all guest feedback is of the utmost importance, and thus a thorough internal review was completed upon initial receipt of your concern. This included a full assessment of CCTV footage covering your vehicle’s arrival, parking, and return, whereby no activity was observed that could have resulted in the dent reported. We sincerely apologise that the communication to date has been disproportionate for such a minor issue. You should have received a simple acknowledgement of the inconvenience from the outset, and we regret that this was not your experience. Rest assured that the intent was not to initiate a procedural back-and-forth, but rather to outline the steps taken given the gravity with which such issues are handled, along with our willingness to assist with an official investigation should you wish to proceed accordingly.
