This is our 3rd time at Raffles The Palm. It’s an amazing hotel and gets better each time we visit. The location of the hotel is perfect with the ocean one side & The palm the other side. Isuru our Butler was very attentive & made our holiday special as he anticipated our every need. We used the The Raffles Club for breakfast & evening drinks & found the food & service to be faultless with friendly & attentive staff. We can’t wait to book our next visit. Susan & John Drake

Raffles is a true embodiment of class and luxury. From the moment you step inside, the elegance in both style and service is unmistakable. Ezekiel, Cris, and Iame greet you warmly and set the tone for an exceptional stay, attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The concierge, pool staff, and entire team are consistently A+, making every detail feel effortless and refined.

Our experience at Raffles The Palm Dubai was truly exceptional. Every member of the staff was incredibly attentive, polite, and welcoming. The hotel and rooms were maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. The kitchen team, along with restaurant supervisor Zabi, went above and beyond to accommodate my partner’s food allergy, ensuring we could dine without any concern about cross-contamination. A special mention also goes to James, one of the doormen, who was very helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable.

I recently enjoyed an afternoon tea at Raffles The Palm with my mother, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning, with a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. The highlight, however, was the outstanding service. Aira, Hannah, and the rest of the team looked after us with genuine care and exceptional hospitality. They made the experience feel truly special and memorable. The tea selection and pastries were delightful, and the setting was perfect for a relaxed, elegant afternoon. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for something truly special.
