amazing service by aparna and gita! they were very helpful and thoughtful throughout the whole dinner. wonderful food especially the egi tempura sushi and the matcha + strawberry pancake dessert. the ambience was top notch as well !

Hello, My second time here. A fantastic stay, treated in the best possible way with Diamond status. The hotel, the services,the beach with its services,the Big heated pooled (superb), the servers on the 6th floor (exceptional,specially during happy hours...), the butler through WhatsApp (very nice), Tina at reception (fast and kind). The only noticeable personnal bad for a frequent traveler like myself are often the "details" of an otherwise exceptional stay: Husna on the 6th floor forgot to treat each guest equally, especially Diamond guests. Her service was practically nonexistent for us specifically.... Otherwise, as usual, I will return to Raffles The Palm(for a soon third times). Sincerely.

Beautiful hotel with great architecture . Great location looking out to the sea. A faultless stay from arrival to departure. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Was a marvellous experience. Highly enjoyed the hotel and staff. I have been here several times and every single time the experience is top-level. Especially with the help of Klein, Sheham, and Belal - who made the trip better by supporting my leisure and time here.
