The hotel is absolutely beautiful, our room was probably one of the best we’ve stayed in and the staff were very friendly and obliging, our floor butler Isuru went out of his way to help and couldn’t do enough for us. We had upgraded to a club room and had use of the club lounge which was lovely but at times there seemed to be limited staff, especially at peak times, you couldn’t help but feel sorry for them as they never stopped but they were always smiling and extremely helpful. The pool and beach areas were very clean and tidy and the grounds all immaculate but yet again, at times the lack of staff let them down. If we had to find fault it would be in the evenings, the hotel seemed to die a death and the lack of restaurants is probably why. The buffet food was good but had too much of a canteen feel, however the Italian restaurant was great. If there were two or three more restaurants like the Italian, it would have been perfect. Also maybe if they made use of the grounds and had a beach bar for evenings, it would make for more of a holiday atmosphere. As it was, most people seemed to disappear, ourselves included to other hotels to eat at different restaurants.

It was very chaotic to start as no one knew where we were meant to sit but once seated the staff were extremely helpful , the food was delicious with a vast selection of cold starters, hot mains and beautiful starters, a big thank you to Hamza our waiter who was very professional and efficient.

An Unforgettable Brunch Experience at Raffles Hotel Palm! We had the pleasure of attending an incredible brunch at Raffles Hotel, and I can't praise it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality. The entire team exuded professionalism, ensuring we felt comfortable right away. The food was simply fantastic! The variety of dishes was impressive and of the highest quality. Each dish was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. I was especially taken by the desserts – a true delight! The atmosphere was perfect, with a vibrant ambiance enhanced by the right music. You could truly feel the joy in the air, making it the ideal place to spend a special day with friends or family. Best hotel brand in the world, always a good idea and the saturday brunch is fantastic value for money. Excellent service provided by Hanza at le jardin restaurant. Superb butler service provided during the entire stay. World class spa, a real treat.
