I had a truly wonderful stay at Raffles The Palm Dubai, made even more special by the exceptional service from the Club Lounge team. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, creating a very comfortable and relaxing experience throughout my stay. I would especially like to thank Husna for her outstanding hospitality and professionalism. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and always assisted with a smile. The entire Club Lounge team deserves recognition for their excellent service, attention to detail, and dedication to guest satisfaction. Thanks to the amazing staff, my stay was memorable and enjoyable, and I truly felt well taken care of. I highly appreciate the effort and teamwork shown by everyone and would happily return again.

Disappointing handling of a valet incident despite otherwise good stays

I have visited Raffles The Palm multiple times and have always had a positive impression of the hotel, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. During my most recent visit, my car was returned from valet with a small but visible dent. When I received the vehicle, the driver was not present, the car door was open, and the car was left unattended — something I had never experienced before at this property. The damage was noticeable immediately. What was most frustrating was not the incident itself, but how it was handled afterwards. Instead of a prompt acknowledgement or apology, the response focused almost entirely on procedures and internal reviews. I was repeatedly directed toward police and insurance routes for what was a very minor issue, despite clearly stating that I was not seeking compensation. While the hotel later confirmed that CCTV footage did not show a cause for the damage, the review was conducted retrospectively. Had the situation been addressed at the time of vehicle return, the picture may have been clearer. More importantly, a simple acknowledgement of the inconvenience would have gone a long way. For a five-star hotel, guest experience and communication matter just as much as internal processes. Unfortunately, in this case, the tone and approach did not reflect the level of service I had come to expect from Raffles after several previous visits. I hope this feedback helps improve how similar situations are handled in the future.

As a five-star hotel, all guest feedback is of the utmost importance, and thus a thorough internal review was completed upon initial receipt of your concern. This included a full assessment of CCTV footage covering your vehicle’s arrival, parking, and return, whereby no activity was observed that could have resulted in the dent reported. Rest assured that the intent was not to initiate a procedural back-and-forth, but rather to outline the steps taken given the gravity with which such issues are handled, along with our willingness to assist with an official investigation should you wish to proceed accordingly. Nonetheless, your comments have been shared with both the Guest Relations and Front Office teams to ensure our responses are more aligned with the standards you rightfully expect. Beautiful palm view, amazing service from the lounge cafe, Le Jardin and Matagi (thank you Rehan). The falcon was very cool also- kept the birds away. Housekeeping service was also excellent. Beach vibes and staff were also great.

Everything was great, mostly liked the chic atmosphere, delicious food and most beautiful views from room. Our room was always good cleaned. Murtazo, Bilal, Gekaid worked so well i liked this staff, they were so polite with us
