Wonderful hotel! Everything was great and the staff was so polite and nice. The best hotel I have ever visited and there is many😅 Cleaning was excellent, Chit Shu was so professonal clener! 5 stars hotel indeed!

Our day stay at Rixos Beach was absolutely fantastic. The hotel itself is stunning — beautiful pool and beach vibes, prime beachfront location, and breathtaking views of Dubai Eye. The energy is vibrant yet relaxing, with endless beach activities and a luxury resort feel that makes you want to stay all day. A special shoutout to Musa from housekeeping — truly exceptional service. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and always had a great attitude. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us and did it all with a genuine smile. His professionalism and warmth made our experience even better. Rixos Beach delivers luxury, atmosphere, and outstanding service. We will absolutely be back

Having a lovely time here in Rixos premium JBR , cleanliness of the hotel and pool / beach excellent , staff really attentive , nothings too much trouble. Simon the supervisor came and made sure our stay around the beach club was to our to our expectations. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning.
