Good experience at Godiva Cafe in Rixos JBR. Nice cosy place with great ambeince and amazing coffee. Manager Mr. Kiran made our visit extra special with lovely hot chocolate and rasberry vanilla pastries.

Truly wonderful stay! Location is ideal and staff help to arrange taxis outside the hotel at all hours, breakfast has a wide selection and the staff were absolutely amazing. Extra shoutout to Arafat, the housekeeper on floor 13. He was kind, went above and beyond and even provided my teddy bear a friend and left us a parting note! Genuinely great experience at this hotel

A lovely hotel where the staff could not have been of more assistance, absolutely fantastic. The location is good in the Dubai Marina area, sometimes there is quite alot of traffic in the evenings. The breakfast is amazing, everything freshly cooked, fresh fruit every morning with drinks made for you and brought over to the table. The pool area and Azure beach club is a very nice and relaxed place to be, the staff in the Azure were amazing with taking orders and moving furniture if required. The House keeping staff we had (Arafat) was a lovely gentleman, if he ever saw us around the hotel or came to the room when we were there he would go above and beyond to help us during our stay. We travelled with a small teddy, he was able to give us a Rixos teddy and would tuck them into the bed every morning when he came to clean the room. Exceptional service and a very enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the Rixos. Our housekeeper, Ali (20th floor) was fantastic….friendly , respectful and really made our stay extra special.
