An amazing resort with all you could possibly want. Tom and Jimmy (porters) looked after us extremely well at arrival and departure. The restaurant and bar team ensured we were well fed and our glasses were always full. The personal training instructors had a warm and friendly space with a wide selection of classes trying their best to keep the extra calories off (a very hard job with everything on offer). A truly wonderful place.

had a wonderful stay at Rixos The Palm Dubai, and I would like to especially thank Rixy Kids Club for the amazing activities and games they offer. There were so many fun and creative activities, and they truly made my child very happy and excited every day. A special thanks to Mostafa from the Kids Club he was very kind, helpful, and professional. He has a great way with children and made sure they were always smiling, comfortable, and enjoying their time. Because of the Rixy Kids Club and the wonderful staff, our stay was unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel for families with children.

It doesn’t quite suit us, but it is fantastic. We especially loved the fruit bar, and the handy cafe open til 2am, and the attentive sunbed service. Room was great, service superb, food spot on.
