Spent 5 nights away over the Xmas period the team are truly service driven and should be congratulated on there skills We went to 3 of the al a carte restaurants while there The most beautiful being the Italian - the greatest service the steak restaurant and the most dynamic views being the fish restaurants Buffet breakfasts was plenty and dinner options great choice The only disappointment are the adults of families that think that as they are on holiday they can let there children run wild and not respect the team nor the location of this beautiful hotel Well done team Rixos -shame on the families that don’t respect where they are

This hotel was booked as part of a two centre honeymoon along with the Maldives, unfortunately on arrival the hotel wasn’t what we expected and quickly realised we had been incorrectly guided by the tour operator. The hotel was filled with families and not a destination I would recommend for couples on their honeymoon seeking quiet and relaxation. As the title describes this hotel absolutely caters for children of all ages and is very obvious families are a priority which isn’t a negative if you are travelling with your family, you will be taken care of very well. We visited the spa for facials and massages, the spa is of a very high standard and it was our favourite part of the visit , Gita who was my therapist for both massage and facial, she was highly experienced and probably one of the best I’ve had treatment from globally, my husband really appreciated Ali’s knowledge of massage and strength. The hotel did their upmost to help make us comfortable during our stay given we raised our concerns on arrival, Anastasia who was the guest services manager was in touch throughout our stay offering all options available to her to try and make our stay as pleasant as possible. We would recommend the hotel for families but sadly our review is purely based on the requirements as a honeymoon destination which we don’t feel met our expectation. The hotel is very lively, the standard of food and drink is good, our favourite restaurant was the steak, we didn’t particularly rate the seafood due to limited choices and children running around freely throwing ice and staff not asking parents to be respectful of other guests. Overall a nice hotel with a Turkish theme to it.

The Rixos on the palm is the most amazing hotel. Whether you come as a family or not the service in every restaurant and bar is fantastic. Every day we stayed by the Breeze bar and swimming pool and the staff really looked after us, making sure we had drinks all day long and great with our kids. Thank you Wilson, Janaka, Jithu, Shanker, Khem & Prouni for everything 😊 See you all next year!
