A perfect holiday destination — you don’t need anything else. Amazing food, excellent service, and endless sports and activity options. A special thank you to the yoga instructor Irem: warm, positive, and truly professional. It was a joy to wake up every day and start the day guided by her classes. Thank you as well to all the other wonderful sports and activity instructors.🫶🏻☀️✨

We have just returned from a 1 week stay . We have been to Dubai once before but this was our first stay at The Rixos and it did not disappoint. Having arrived after an overnight flight check in was swift and as expected given our arrival was about 11am our room was not ready we were taken to the beautiful spa changing rooms to allow us to get changed and thereafter make use of the hotel facilities. We used this time to explore and figure out where everything was. The first thing we noticed was the friendliness of all the staff. By about 1pm we had been contacted and made aware our room was ready. We were room 2203 which overlooked the front of the hotel. The room was very spacious and spotless . Food- The buffet had such an array of food there was definitely something for everyone at each meal. Again the staff were very attentive and helpful. We had breakfast at the main buffet each morning, lunch 3 times at Bodrum and 3 times at the Breeze buffet . Bodrum for lunch offers a couple of pasta dishes , burgers, salads, fish bao buns etc and has a nice setting . The Breeze buffet at lunch also has a great selection and was much quieter than the main buffet given that it isn't located near the main pool. Dinner we had our 3 à la carte options which we booked 2 weeks before our arrival via email. The Italian was nice and our favourite was Toro the steak restaurant. We enjoyed the steak restaurant so much we decided to cancel Bodrum and go back to Toro on our last night. Apparently we were lucky to manage to get this booking. Entertainment- one night of our stay there was a fantastic South African group in Bar1 situated in the main building. They really were great singers and it was lovely to see Bar1 so busy as it is a beautiful place. We went there for a few pre dinner cocktails each evening. After dinner the other nights we went to Bodrum and sat outside and we found all the groups really good. Before going I had read some comments on other social media platforms saying there was no entertainment as such and what there was wasn't great but that certainly wasn't our experience. Again sitting outside at Bodrum could be a little cooler in January but staff provided us with fleece blankets, along with an endless supply of crisps, nuts, olives, fruit kebabs and cheese kebabs! Sunbathing- lots of areas are shaded but even in January heat this was often welcomed. Our preferred spot was on the grass area near Bodrum as it was close to the main pool but looked out over the beach and beautiful skyline. Masud looked after us each morning and had our loungers turned around and prepared with towels each day. He is very cheerful and hardworking. Another staff member who looked after us during the day was Sunny, he made sure we always had a refreshment to hand and would bring over an ice bucket with our preferred beer and nuts and crisps . He was very pleasant and attentive. Another benefit of sunbathing in that area was it was close to the fruit shack where you select your own fresh fruit and watch it being prepared and it was equally close to the Baskin Robins ice cream stall. One final mention should go to Yoon and her female colleague whose name unfortunately we didn't get in Bar1. They embody the very best of the hotel and are a credit to Rixos . They always had a smile and a chat with us and both would be reason alone to make us want to return to see them. Lovely girls who are excellent at their job.

Firstly we have never returned to the same hotel twice. Until we came to Rixos the palm! A truly memorable holiday for our 10 year wedding anniversary. We have booked again for our 11 years! Thank you Rixos for kindly upgrading us to a suite which we have now booked for this year! Great way to upsell because it worked! The room was spectacular and view amazing! My children talk about so many memories they made and are so excited to make many more again. Thank you so very very much! See you again Rixos!

Superb food and service by Vamsi. Lovely wine, steaks to die for along with excellent service. Great restaurant with a fantastic atmosphere

The hotel, facilities,food and staff were all were all excellent. Because the hotel is located at the most distant point of the Palm, and the Palm is much bigger than we had anticipated, getting to places outside the hotel in the main parts of Dubai took some time by taxi and public transport. However, both were readily available and cheaper than UK.
