Second visit that’s exceeded our expectations

Our second visit (last time was December 2018) and it has so far exceeded our expectations. Incredibly friendly staff and the food has been excellent. Our server Art in Turquoise, where we have eaten most days, is wonderful and very attentive remembering what we like to drink. The food choice is very impressive and the food quality is outstanding. Our room is incredibly comfortable especially the bed. So whether we have been relaxing in our room, or by the pool, or having a drink at one of the many bars or eating it’s the perfect holiday experience! We hope to be back soon! Overall it’s another 5 star stay.

This was our second visit - we stayed for four nights on our way home from Australia. It’s a great place to recharge before flying home. We love the food - excellent quality and choice. The staff are super friendly. Always a smile and good morning. Would like to say a big thank you to Majod who kept our room spotless. And left pretty bed decorations! We did have one incident when our room hadn’t been serviced at 5pm. We spoke to reception and got it sorted. However the young lady whose first response was we had left dnd on, should consider not instantly putting the blame on the customer!!!! The cleaner had missed us! All sorted though. Be aware there are lots and lots of children here. We found areas in the day for quiet relaxing, however the restaurants can get really noisy with children. We avoided Turc after our first night - it was horrendous!!! Children screaming and running around. An adults only area would be great in that restaurant…….

Amazing service in the sports bar within the hotel. Saju in particular provided great service. She was always friendly and Remembered our drinks every evening and always found us a comfortable spot.
