Great staff, great location, good buffet, excellent house keeping. Smiling people everywhere. Location is tight in the middle. Watch out for constant traffic jam in the area. Public Beach is just a couple of minutes away and hotel provides free towels , umbrellas and mats. Elevator access to the street.

Overall a very nice hotel, all staff very friendly and happy to help. Good location on JBR and easy to get around and not far from the nearest Metro and Tram stations. Pool area is nice but sadly the surrounding hotels make sunbathing rather tricky. Advertised as being environmentally friendly but after every room clean just about every light is left switched on, I can on;y guess it’s to show that the room has been cleaned, surely if it’s been cleaned properly you shouldn’t need to leave any lights on. Also spotted a few halogen down light bulbs in our room, defo not environmentally friendly.

the reception experience for me was poor and unhelpful, and I was checked in after the official check-in time. The good aspects were the cleanliness, room service, and parking service. Also, the location on the map in accor ablecation was incorrect, and when I informed them about it, I received no response. This forced me to walk from the middle of JBR Street to the hotel. I was staying on the executive suite and the price not for the service that I received or what i expected it
