Ms. Nadia went above and beyond to ensure that my client had an unforgettable experience during their special marriage proposal dinner. Her attention to detail, warm hospitality, and willingness to assist us at every step made all the difference. She worked closely with our team, ensuring that we had all the support we needed to pull off this magical proposal seamlessly. Her professionalism and genuine care were truly commendable, and we couldn’t have asked for a better partner for this event. Thank you, Ms. Nadia, for making this moment so extraordinary. This Hotel is a great spot for a stay at Jumeirah Beach. Great location and service from all the staff. 4 pm chocolate hour is an extra treat that was unexpected. Sunil BK - our room attendant was always very friendly and helpful. Just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by lots of great restaurants, bars and shops.

Good hotel for business and leisure. Very attentive staff and friendly people all over in the hotel. WiFi could be better but we’ve used data card instead for outgoing video calls. Pool is clean and service for beach (towels, bag and umbrella) are nice to get them free of charge.

The room was very clean, and Naim, thank you for your outstanding service! However, I do have one concern: we requested a late checkout at 3 PM instead of 12 PM, but our request was denied unless we booked an extra night. It would have been nice if the staff at the front desk had shown a bit more flexibility.

Love the location of this hotel. Easy access to the beach and Dubai marina. Also able to access the tram and metro to visit Dubai mall and mall of the emirates. Our housekeeping staff Naim and Sujith were outstanding. Any issues and they were able to quickly resolve them.
