zubair and bhandari from housekeeping, looked after our room beautifully throughout our stay. service in the premier lounge was excellent from everyone. assistance from the emirates desk was fantastic. had an amazing time, not looking forward to going home!!!

Do not go if you want to relax !!!!!

Having stayed here the previous year and had a wonderful time me and my partner decided to come back. We fully understand that this is a family resort but it wasn’t until we got there we realised they had taken away all the adult only sections and had a promotional offer that children under 12 go free… well all I can say is that it was a waste of a holiday we could not relax at all, screaming kids everywhere on the beach, by the pool and at meal times, it was like a children’s nursery nevermind a holiday resort. We had to spend extra money most days to go to beach clubs to get some peace and quiet. We have never seen anything like it and will not be staying here AGAIN!

Amazing holiday. The hotel was incredible and really good value for money ! All of the staff were fantastic. They could not have been friendlier and more helpful. For example Shahzad Manawa served us on our last day for breakfast. He’s a credit to the hotel. Highly recommend.

Not relaxing

We booked the hotel for a relaxing holiday and we had been the last few years. We booked because the hotel had adults only areas on the beach but it turned out they had been removed this meant we couldn’t have a relaxing time on the beach at all because the hotel seemed to be full of families. At breakfast, dinner the whole experience all you’d hear is screaming kids not what we paid for or want when we go on holiday .. spoke to the manager and simply excuses were thrown at us , very disappointing

Excellent hotel, one of the best experience. 5-star welcome from Bintang and Mahina. I'll be back for sure (inch'Allah). What a lovely place ! Many pools for kids and family. The half board option is valuable thanks to the many choices that we have.
