We had a very nice stay here. The staff were always welcoming and happy to help. Especially Dhiraj from the Premier lounge team did very well.

We had a lovely family stay. The hotel staff were great and a special mention to Dipa who was great with our little boy Jude at breakfast everyday. The room was clean and tidy, but there were a couple of issues, the water tank isn't big enough for the size of the bath so you can't fill the bath up without it going cold and there was no coffee machine in the room on check in, but this was quickly rectified when we called reception. The bed was very comfortable and the family apart was very spacious. Definitely book a massage in the hotel spa, it was the best massage myself and my wife have ever had. The facilities on site are superb and a variety of pools for us and our child to explore.

Awesome experience. From the smiling welcome by our valet Samuel to the hospitality of hotel staff. Rohit brought us delicious fruits and chocolates to satisfy midnight cravings! The ambience, restaurants, and food were excellent. Must visit: Laguna Beach Lounge.
