I would like to commend the housekeeping service, particularly Yang chen, for her outstanding work. The room was consistently very clean, well arranged, and comfortable, reflecting great attention to detail. Yang Jin is not only professional but also very kind and friendly, which made a positive difference during my stay. Her warm attitude and dedication truly enhanced the overall experience. That was a perfect time and perfect holiday in this hotel, I have never met such a helpful, kind and supportive staff, the room was well-designed and the view is beautiful, it's an absolute 10/10! They were very patient and supercute with our little baby and helped us to carry him in a lot of situations making our holiday extremely comfortable. I recommend it everyone.

Got in after a long flight, we were late and they offered to extend the buffet just for us however we ended up ordering two lovely salads. Deepak, our waiter was an absolute joy, couldn’t recommend him more!
