This is an excellent hotel. Room was spacious, food was very good, elevators were plenty, and location was very convenient to the Dubai Metro as well as the main convention center in Dubai (World Trade Center). I was there a full week and found everything to be at or above expectations. If I had any negatives it would be the concierge who wasn't very helpful on tips for sightseeing on a budget. But that's the only minor negative, EVERYTHING else was very positive. highly recommended!

I am travel agency manager and i stayed here in Dec 2024 with my group. This is the best hotel of Dubai for work trip. Also front desk staff and manager of front desk Ms Nese is amazing person and very helpfull. The meeting rooms are very clean and staff of banquet is very helpfull. The room size is enough. If i need again hotel in Dubai for business i will choose again Fairmont Dubai.

Cascade truly exceeded expectations! The food was absolutely fantastic—each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Nice big room. Nice hotel and close to shops which was nice and easy to get taxis from, and the staff were lovely and catered to us as and when requested, the view of the burj khalifa from the pool at night time was lovely too, really enjoyed staying in this hotel and I got my nails done here too by the women in the beauty salon they were also lovely people
