Very good service in general, the staff is very polite and pleasant, the facilities of a good quality dessrving the 4 stars ranking. The hotel has 2 bars on top of the restaurant . Depending on your offer, There are free shuttles to some main spots. However, the rooftop pool is very small and unfortunately sun-shaded . A special thanks to Myriam and Shaidujaman Whose services to customers are very pleasant.

The front desk staff at Mercure Gold Hotel truly exceeded my expectations specially Sarbiba and Reuben. They were warm, welcoming, and exceptionally efficient. Hotel is very neat and their staffs are very accommodating. It an amazing place, i read so many read so much online and decided to go i want disappointed at what i saw nice roo. S and co. Hospitality at the pool side by one of the staffs Shaidujaman was perfect. You can spend a good time here. Just ask your hosts to serve you food and beverage. At this time of the year climate was lovely too and the pool is on roof top. Hope you enjoy too.

Great hotel with friendly staffs. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Special thanks to Reiben and Myriam in front desk. They made check in process very easy and were very helpful. Staffs in Highlander went out of the way to make the stay comfortable. Special thanks to Rathod.
