We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. The room cleaning team were prompt and the room service was also good. Very near from Metro. The receptionist also was very supportive and provided guidence when needed. This hotel is pretty near to the future museum and Burj Khalifa.

Person who checked me in , I can’t remember his name …. He was amazing and provided me late checkout . However I forgot my face wash in the washroom , I’ve called hotel several time , they said they will let me know but no response ….. but the amazing property with awesome pool and even spa staff is very well trained ♥️

The stay was amazing kudos to Front office and Housekeeping Team. And The breakfast was great. First impression when we enter the room the freshness and the cleanliness was maintained well. The view of the room which my kid enjoyed the most while standing on wide windows and looking out side. We will definitely recommend and visit again soon.

I stayed here with my family for 3 nights in July 2024 and had a memorable pleasant stay. The staff is extremely courteous at the reception as well as at house keeping. The location is ideal being close to all major attractions. They have free shuttle service to all major tourist attractions. rooms are quite large and comfortable. The hotel is located at walking distance from the metro station. Overall excellent value for money.
