Stayed at the Novotel while attending a conference within the WTC. Having taken my child along, it was important to have various options available to us as well as being close to the conference halls. I therefore was travelling for business and with family at the same time. The room was quiet, clean, comfortable, ambient and serene. The gym was well furnished with equipment and the recreational opportunities/options were sufficient. There were various dining and snacking choices and even a small mini-market (this was generous of Novotel WTC). We fell in love with the library area. The decor of the hotel is unpretentious and elegant. This hotel is very conveniently located and is a short indoor walk to the conference halls. Outside the hotel there are an excellent choice of world-class restaurants close-by all within walking distance. The service at the hotel is non-pareil...from the 24 hour coffees to the accommodating front desk staff, the concierge services and the friendly person running the childrens activities among others. Finally, I had inadvertently left some important documents behind in my room and they were kept by housekeeping until I was able to send for them by courier. I am thankful for the honesty and ethical attitude of the hotel and its staff and will not hesitate to stay there again when next I visit Dubai.
