A perfect hotel for families

This was our second time at the hotel and although we had a few issues with rooms and leaking baths. The hotel manager was very quick to rectify these and help us have a comfortable stay. I have to say a special shout out to the entire team of staff in the Fountain Restaurant. Your level of service and dedication at every breakfast, lunch and dinner was amazing. We looked forward to the amazing food every day and the smiling faces of all the staff waiting on us. My baby loved walking around the restaurant at every meal and the staff were always so friendly and welcoming to her. If we ever had any requests they were always quick to help us. Thank you for having us.
