The hotel is very good the housekeeping service is very good the room are clean and nice whatever we requested the provide like maintenance especially thanks to intikhab he is amazing I can't remember other as well all the staff are very friendly!

Perfect team, Jamal at the reception was super supportive, he helped to give around the hotel details and to get my requirements done and properly delivered to room.

I contacted the hotel 4 days before the booking date, speaking politely and respectfully. I had already paid the full amount in advance and requested a refund through Booking due to my medical condition, which I clearly explained in details. My condition is related to diabetes, and my foot was swollen to the point that I could not walk. Despite this, I was told to go to the hospital and provide a medical report within one day. This response came from the employees Joshua and Ayoub; they showed no empathy, refused to escalate the case to management, and these conversations clearly prove that. They only care about money BE CAREFUL when booking with this hotel they are not cooperative and do not respect customer health, no matter what happens to you
