If you are a solo female traveller be prepared to be harassed by hotel staff when you come back to the hotel in dressy clothes after going out to dinner by yourself, the door guy at the hotel kept asking me if I stayed there for "security reasons." I felt really uncomfortable and I made a complaint to manager but they said its their policy to ask females invasive questions for security purpose. I ask "what are they securing and if I look like a male with weapon that would harm people?" To which they provided no answer. I was also never really comfortable at the hotel initially because the first night I checked in the bathroom roof was leaking with water and almost flooded the entire floor. The location was ok because its situated close to the Dubai Mall and other attraction. But overall, due to the harassment at the hotel and management failure to explain and act, I will give it a 1 star. I really didn't feel welcome at this hotel.

Had a good stay in swissotel , my daughter graduate and hotel surprised us with beautiful surprise , elonar were amazing in recepeption, and helped us for all the surprises, hotel lobby , pool everything on top notch , for sure we will be back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the front office staff Edricks, Mon, made me feel incredibly welcome. Their warm smiles, professionalism, and willingness to assist with any request truly set the tone for a wonderful stay. A special thank you to Umesh from housekeeping and the team for the birthday surprise of my daughter, who was amazed by the arrangements made in her room.

the best hotel ever ghazal supriya and gobinath from the dront desk were very nice helpful kind and the smile on the face it is very cool it near to dubai mall walking dectince 5 minutes to be there the hotel overall were perfect i will be back soon for sure

Zin is very humble, helpful and sweet person😍 She made for me the best cold coffee ever in my life🥹❤️ at the same time she is so professional, she remembers all the guests orders from the prrevious days ! thank you for having her and making stay more comfy ⭐️. .
