The Fairmont is the most fabulous and friendly and helpful Hotel in which to stay. This review, at the moment, is to highly praise our Room Attendants: Win Win, Kaung, Phoe and Zin Ko - on 7th floor. Between them, our room has always been immaculately cleaned and serviced to a wonderfully high standard. Staff we have been lucky enough to meet have all been so polite, attentive, considerate, friendly helpful and kind; always ensuring we had everything we required, or that needed to be topped up. A wonderful team! Thank you so much!

Customer service above and beyond.

Not long returned from a short break at this hotel and have to day that i was overwhelmed by the incredible customer service. Each and every member of staff from each department, was fantastic at their job. First time visiting Abu Dhabi as normally we go to Dubai....to be honest i think that AD beats Dubai in terms of customer service. Some very short comments about the hotel; Food: Excellent, more than enough to satisfy all tastes. Only ate at the buffet as other dining options were not available on the half board package. Rooms: Perfect, excellent views and great beds! Beach: Pristine and well managed by Benjamin, Brett and Ruwan Reception: Grand, welcoming and superbly managed. I have to give a special mention to the following people. Elisha on reception, an absolute angel and wonderful person. Couldn't do enough to help rectify an issue that was not the hotel's fault. Laura and Sajed, both from the customer relations team, both a pleasure to deal with and again, literally couldn't do enough to help, generosity with no bounds. I also need to mention one of the Chefs, Chandrakan. He noticed that i was enjoying the Indian dishes and went out of his way to prepare some individual dishes for me, i was very taken aback by the kindness. Some may think that the staff who make the hotel work are very friendly and helpful as it's their job, but i truly believe that the reason they are like this is because they are passionate about their work and that they find joy knowing that their efforts are appreciated. Overall 10/10 and will 100% return.

Awesome stay and very satisfied. Highly recommend for those who seek for leisure and relaxation. Facilities are amazing and the food is very exciting with variety of choices that reflects UAE. Will consider again in the near future with my family.

Hotel is nice with a view of creek , I was at the breakfast ,it has varieties of food selection and nice coffeee with some fresh juices. I really enjoyed it, Wooo next I was in the pool for my mid day. It was extraordinary , all the staffs who is working their was too attentive and helpful. Just I want to mention that there was no any happy hours at the pool bar but they had a promotion for the beer which is 5 cans of Heineken, that was nice and we ordered some food it was delicious I wanted to thank everyone who work in the hotel specially maajid who work in the breakfast ,Amran,Shahid,Brett and the pool side team -
